The United Airline site states they don't take digital copies at the airport so I came here. Lucky I was able to use a computer and printer. The only way to unlock the computer is to slide your credit card and click the acknowledgment button. It's simple. Unfortunately the "travel.Hawaii.gov" website was not so cooperative. Icons didn't open and drop downs didn't work at first using either Windows 10 or Chrome. This is why I have an Apple. And time is ticking. The only reason I mention this is because you pay by the minute and there's the icon showing you the cost. I was lucky to have Shaina help me. She was puzzled as me but putting our heads together and $5 later, we figured it out. That included trying to get the scanner working. She assured me that all my PPI would be cleared out of the computer once I logged out. Overall four stars. Great service and Shaina attitude towards this whole fiasco was pleasant. Well, don't be fooled when you step into this Copymat, this is what I like to call, Organized chaos, of the best kind. Underneath those piles of paper and empty boxes rest the state of the art copy machinery. They can print anything from giant blueprints and oversize poster copies, to super sharp color copies on whatever kind of paper you like and banners that span the highway. Mitch, the owner, and his right hand woman, Julie, hold down this paper fort with a sense of humor and an ease that makes you feel right at home, no matter how soon your deadline is. Stepping into this Copymat is a little like time travel, remember when you could bring your art on a thumb drive and they wouldn't charge you an extra $2.50 just to read the thumb drive. (I'm looking at you, Staples copy center). I've been in several times now, and they've always been able to print off my work while I wait, without having to charge me a rush fee (once again, looking at you Staples copy center). And don't be dissuaded by some of the other reviews talking about bad service, the current lineup, Mitch and Julie are the all stars of the copy world and have always been super helpful whenever I come in for some copies.
