Went to ship out a package that weighed 3 pounds. It was already taped and ready to go! They charged $67!!!!!! Which is more than what was in the box. I was able to get it shipped out for $7.95 at another location. Beware of being overcharged!! read more

I was very pleased with the service I got here. I went to get fingerprinted for 2 out of state licenses which required using ink and cards instead of electronic printing. The man whose name begins with "B" (can't remember exactly) went through my paperwork meticulously to make sure I had the proper addresses and checks and had filled out everything according to the demands of each state. It probably took at least an hour. Then of course there were other customers that came in during that time, and he helped them efficiently and never left me waiting for more than a minute or two. I went to Postal Annex to ship few items via FedEx this holiday season. They were so wonderful because they gave me options based on the value of the packages. I never had a store provided me with options with multiple carriers such as UPS and USPS. They were considerate to even cut my boxes down to save me some money which I never thought to do before. They were fast and efficient. The most important is the quality of service I received, I don't get this service at USPS. Prices are competitive, I don't agree with previous comments here on Yelp. People don't consider the time they save by coming here instead. Time is money people! read more

Quality, service, price, pick any 2 of the 3. I can call Postal Annex on the phone & have check delivery for me; can't do that at Post Office. I don't stand in line 40 minutes like Post Office. Postal Annex picks best size box rather than standard box, saving on shipping costs. Some people go online, guesstimate the weight of their package to acquire a price from FedEx for Postal Service, but they don't have a scale at home; when the real weight and size of the package is determined at Postal Annex, then your bill may be higher than the quote you obtained online shipping same carrier. This postal annex you can get your box taped, foam bubbles added, no charge sometimes. See if you can do that elsewhere. Yes, one 49-cent US postage stamp is 65-cents but if you pay by credit card they take a loss. If you run into a clerk-in-training, some of the issue brought up in posts here are likely caused by new employees. Go back and see the owner so he can correct these problems should they arise. Without Postal Annex my small business is toast. What they do for me is invaluable. read more

This place is horrible. They gave me horrible attitude and were not helpful when I asked questions. The guy that helped me was really sketchy and seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. On top of that, They said that "it's out of there hands and that they did there job" when my package wasn't delivered after MANY weeks. Don't trust them. I will never use them again. read more
