They were always very friendly and able to answer my questions. I moved my mailbox only because I had to commute farther than I would have preferred. They are more competitive with prices than other mailbox services in my area, so they were always worth taking a look at. The only reason for one less star was they were open a little earlier than I would have preferred on most days and weekend and didn't have a DHL option.
