Looks like a boilerplate response and you didn't even read my complaint. $4 is a ripoff to charge a customer to print a ONE PAGE label that you print for free on "UPS Store will pack and ship your item" items. I understand you need to make a profit, but at $4 a page, you can buy a new printer every 50-75 pages you print. Run out of toner? Throw the printer away and buy a new one. read more

I used to love using this place for anything that I needed from mailing to printing and live screen fingerprints. Today I mailed a poster to Newark which is one city away from here. It cost me $49.00 total to mail this which in was told was the cheapest by ground. I do plan on going back and seeing if this in fact correct. I am beyond furious the more I think about it read more

I needed to get some notary documents taken care of ASAP. I called ahead just to make sure that there would be a notary on duty when I arrived. Talia is a notary at this location and was very helpful and did a great job. The service is fast here, sometimes when there is a line, your wait time is still very short. With 5 people ahead of me, I doubt if I waited more than ten minutes. Thanks for your great service. read more

Spoke to Victor regarding a quick print out (1page) from my email. Victor informed that it's a $6.00 service fee!!! Just to send an email to the store and print out as well as a $4.00 fee if you want to print from the computer. I go to UPS stores all the time and never do I pay a service for sending a email I only for the pages needed! Victor informed this is a franchise owned by Bharat ! Bharat needs to follow suit with the rest of the UPS-stores and do not over charge customers with bull shit service fees read more

I came to this location on a Friday night at 5:15 for 1 Amazon return with a code. There was 1 female working and she was helping a customer that had 30+ Amazon returns. A huge cart full. The customer was unorganized didn't have all her codes ready, didn't package boxes that were supposed to be boxed. Was giving wrong items. I'm just standing there in line. The customer said you can help her in between since I'm not prepared. I appreciated that. But the worker said no I'm going to have all your returns on 1 receipt. They won't even fit on one receipt! Didn't bother to acknowledge and say she would be with me shortly! I left after 20 minutes, and there was still another 20ish returns. I'm sure she could've went to another register to scan my code. And didn't acknowledge when I left the store. Time is precious, so don't bother wasting your time. read more

Went to the UPS store this morning to do an amazon return. The female that helped us was not helpful. Before I was able to drop off the item without a box no issues. Today she was charging $14 for a box and $33 to pack it. More than the item itself. I asked for tape and she warned us that we needed to bring our own tape next time. I walked into the store and wasn't greeted for atleast 30seconds (all three employees def saw me) while employees were huddled together until someone looked up and greeted me. Came to notarize a document But Wouldn't Notarize my documents bc she was "going on lunch" and wouldn't be back u til 1PM. It's 11:30AM. I was also told that if I needed a witness for my notary then 1PM wouldn't work either bc the other employees have to go to lunch as well. If you can't do what I'm asking for some reason it should be a better answer than "going on lunch". It's unfortunate that this location couldn't give me a better experience. I will not recommend, in fact I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT to use this location. Hope she had a bomb ass lunch bc it was obviously more important than what I needed. read more

Don't come here! Go to the UPS store off Argonaut Way in Fremont if anything. They will save u the time & money. The Hispanic guy with the glasses who works here told me I needed to print out my label to return my pkg & was trying to charge me more for other stuff. I went to UPS off Argonaut Way in Fremont and they took care of everything for me. No charge, they printed my shipping label from my QR code, taped my pkg and shipped it out for FREE. I came here this past Sunday to drop off a box (the closest UPS to me was closed). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by someone. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there on a Sunday but she wasn't rude either. I handed her my box, she scanned the prepaid label's barcode and gave me a receipt. The store is located inside Brookdale Shopping Center, which made parking extremely easy. When I entered, I was immediately greeted by Brenda. She was amazing! I sent a package to a family member for their birthday on May 16th, 2019. The package was to be signed by only her and received within two days. The package was delivered in Salt Lake City Utah on May 18th, 2019, and my family member never received the package. I called to the UPS store the same day when I tracked the UPS package and saw the package was received and delivered at the Front Desk of her Apartment complex. Which is concerning to me because there is a sign at the front desk saying "we don't receive packages", and the person who signed named "HALE" doesn't exist. By then I realized my package had either been lost or stolen. Then the store said they started the investigation and contacted my sister and went to the apartment complex to speak directly with her which isn't true because she is a staying at home mother, and is there all day, nobody went by or contacted her. The employees from the store opened and closed the case twice. I finally accepted that my package was lost and asked for the refund of the insurance and shipping of the package. Ive been calling this store more than 50 times within the last two months. Each time i call they put me on hold for longer than an hour or tell me they will call me back because they are with a customer or they just hang up and nobody seems to know anything about my case. The few times that they answer they tell me to call on Wednesday because that is the only day the supervisor is there. When I call to ups they tell me that the ups store is needing to send in paperwork submitting my claim.My issue is no one ever follows through or keeps in contact with me regarding my issue unless i call to ask questions about my case myself, which then I still get no answers because no one knows anything. My main complaint of course is that my expensive package has been lost, which was a Series 4 Apple Watch, and no one is helping me solve this issue. I would like to request that something be done to this UPS store because there is absolutely no Customer Service being trained what so ever and for a company so big and successful you would think they would be number one in that category, I do have to say the only person who even attempted to help me was this girl named "Talia", which I thanked her and told her so myself. read more

Unbelievably rude and unprofessional! I ship 3-4 envelope packages for documents per day. I attempted to ship a document envelope today from this store. The manager/owner was so rude I am shocked. The envelope he provided wouldn't close completely so I asked him to please put a piece of tape on it. He told me he would have to charge me to do that! I said then he should offer a different envelope that would close. He walked off and offered to help someone else. I then insisted he tape my envelope before I leave it. He refused unless I paid him extra! LOL! It's laughable. ONE small piece of tape!? Needless to say I told him where he could stick his tape, grabbed my envelope, and drove to another UPS store and told them what happened. They happily taped my envelope and shipped it for me. Barely greeted when I came in as the only customer. Was told no email to print service only "rent the computer or flash drive". Ok fine. Not paying $4 for 30 seconds on a rented computer to print a homework page. Came back with my drive. Didn't work (did on my computer when I checked). Came back again with 3 more flash drives and it worked. Got it all set to print and then they said that no "printing in color is available". Left without what I needed and after 3 trips. One star because I have to. This store is absolute bs, I manage a community in the neighborhood and they wouldn't even allow you to return mail that was delivered by mistake saying it "wasn't their problem" even though it was clearly not our address. I've tried to return amazon packages there and they never have the doors open. Honestly they should all just be let go and get a whole new staff. Also, the policy of having to call and schedule a pickup for an item that was delivered incorrectly is an unnecessary and ridiculous step to ask anyone to do given your team made the error. Truly I can not understand how this company has managed to compete with fedex given their horrible policies and service. read more

Since I can remember I got a Mailbox at different UPS Stores. This one here is my favorite so far. Sometimes you have to accept staying in line to get helped but it's worth it. We went to this store on 30th April 2018 for FBI Ink Print. Mr Patel- an old man asked us to fill few details. When we asked him few questions regarding form he said" You are EDUCATED and you can figure out". This is really insulting and rude behaviour. Further for billing, I had few queries and wanted to clarify before I leave, He again said" you need to check your reciept". I am really shocked and hurt by such behavior of an UPS employee and certainly will go further. read more

Beware of this location on 35640 Fremont blvd! I paid almost $2,000 for a next day shipping delivery and it got delivered 4 days after the delivery date! I called UPS they said that the store would be able to issue a partial refund, I went to the store to initiate the claim and after a week waiting, I got a call from their manager saying that they won't refund because of the package size. I have paid $400 for the same package on regular ground and it has arrived same day with the $2,000 dollar package! Never felt so scammed in my life! read more

well, I don't really expect good services in a post office, but this store is the worst one I ever experienced. Only good thing about there is no customers, never be crowded here, but isn't that for a reason? the lady who works here shows a lot of attitudes EVERY TIME to EVERYBODY. She doesn't help you with anything at all. Since this lady stay at the store all the time, how can this place ever get a 3 stars or above review? You will have to buy the tape from the shelf or they will charge you 1 dollar for about 4 inches of tape you "borrowed" from them.(USPS won't charge you for using their tapes, well, not many places will charge.) NEVER USE THE PRINTING SERVICE HERE! They charge you for both printing and minutes you use their computer seperately. (Not all UPS store does that). 1 piece of paper may cost you about 5 dollars in total. I hate that Amazon requires for UPS drop box so I have to come here once in a while. If you can make you own choice, do not come here! read more

I came here around 4PM and there was 2 workers with no line. The lady that was helping me looked kind of unhappy when I walked in and it felt like she didn't want to help me out by the tone of her voice. I didn't have my package taped up so she told me that I need to buy tape. I assumed they do free taping like Fedex but I was wrong. I had to buy some there which was ~$5.99 (includes the tax) a roll. In my opinion, that's pretty expensive - you can probably order 6 packs on amazon for cheaper price. Luckily, I was just dropping off my package so it was pretty quick and easy. After taping my box, she just scanned my packing slip and put it in a sticky cover and stuck it on my box. I'm a bit disappointed that UPS doesn't do free taping like Fedex. Also, Fedex employee seemed to be much friendlier to me. Overall: Service: 3.5/5 - it was quick and easy. They don't seem friendly or happy. Maybe that's just me or maybe they were having a bad day? Price: 3/5 - i was returning an item back to amazon so it was free of charge for me. The only thing I had to buy was tape. ~6 bucks for a roll which feels a bit expensive to me. I searched up on amazon right now and you can get 6 heavy duty packaging tape rolls for 10 bucks when it's on sale. I think the original price is 23 bucks for 6 of them. read more

I needed to find a UPS store nearby to drop off my package, and this was the closest store around. It's located conveniently at a local plaza very close to me so it was easy to find. The store itself was small but it has a lot of selections from packaging to sending that package. I came pretty early in the morning (almost right when they opened) to drop off a package. I didn't really have much interaction with the staff since it was early (definitely not a morning person) and that I wanted to drop off the package really quickly before I go to school. So it was pretty quick. I think I came too early for the staff before the staff could realized and I felt that they were somewhat taken off guard when I came right when they opened. They were very nice though. They greeted me and I have them my package and the transaction itself was every quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back for that quick drop off. read more
