I went to this location because ot was one of a limited number of choices to get my fingerprints done to apply for a nursing license. I called the week before to ask them about making an appointment and asked about taking pictures for the nursing board that I am applying to. They told me that the store was never busy and that I didnt need to make an appointment. The person on the phone kept telling me they took pictures for passports and could take one for a nursing license to give to me. They had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I learned that I had to schedule getting my fingerprints done through a 3rd party that then would send the info to this place. So I scheduled an appointment. I was 20 minutes early for my appointment and the guy was fiddling around on the computer with no one else in the story. I didn't think it'd be such a big deal that I was 20 mins early especially since last week they told me to come in whenever. I told the guy I was sick with a 101 degree fever (just down from 103) and was hoping I could get in and out so I could get home. He told me he was busy. That he didnt know who told me I could come in anytime and that I'd have to come back at my scheduled time in 20 minutes. Okay I have a few things to say. I hope that when you are sick and not feeling well that someone grants you compassion and mercy. I am a nurse. I take care of sick people all day long and will be the one who takes care of you when you are sick. I'm the one who cleans you up from incontinence, holds your puke pan getting puked on while doing so, cleans your most grueling wounds that no one else wants to do, and dont forget I decide if I'm going to let you have your pain meds a few minutes early. Have some respect! I take care of you when you are sick! No one takes care of me when I bring home your germs from the hospital. So next time a nurse comes in sick the best way you can take care of her is by getting her in and out of the door quickly so she can get home to rest! Finally where I'm from showing up on time is already late! read more

Worst place to mail large items. I mailed a breakable 3 foot lighthouse to Connecticut . Told the owner that I wanted the box filled with popcorn to the top. my sister received the package a week later and the lighthouse was broken and not a single piece of popcorn or any kind of packing materials in the box.
