You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. This is from July 7. It is now July 23. The store says package was picked up but UPS says no. The store says its i not their problem even though UPS says it never got the package . I asked them to start a trace but they won't do that unless you file a claim (got standard $100) - And for that measly amount they want invoices - these were clothes I have brought from another country. No invoices. In any case it gets them off the hook for $100 assuming they even pay it. I will never ship with UPS again!
