Watch out for dishonesty here. They mark up basic postage prices and lie saying it costs the same at the USPS. Very disappointed.

I stopped by for a notary and shipping the original doc abroad. She guided me through the notary process, which I've never done before, suggested me to put the recipient's address in the local language along with English, then explained available shipping options about costs and ETA in a very concise manner. I don't recommend buying stamps here. They are more expensive than the post office. I just purchased 2 books and got home only to realize one of the books was missing two stamps, not sure how that can happen. read more

Busy place on a Saturday morning! I knew ahead of time that I was running errands so I had a lot of time and didn't mind waiting. Margherita was very calm and didn't dilly dally with customers but was still able to provide good service and answer questions quickly. She handled the line like a pro! The only thing was that the notary was missing so it formed a small queue for him. I believe he was running late as at one point she called to rush him. The notary experience was good although he did make a couple of mistakes which he promptly corrected. He was probably a bit flustered from the rush over and understandably so. All in all it was a great visit. It's a really convenient location with lots of parking. I believe the team is a couple and they're both very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be coming here for all my future shipping needs. read more

I forgot the name of the guy who helped me but I had a great experience here. He helped me print, notarize, take passport pictures, and even reviewed all my documents for passport renewal. He was extremely patient and I found the place quite cheap as well. read more

I requested a quote for a LiveScan through Yelp and Margherita replied within 15 minutes. She gave me a thorough breakdown of the costs for rolling, and requested I call her so that she could give me an accurate estimate for the total DOJ + FBI costs (since I was getting fingerprinted for my job). She explained each of the costs to me over the phone and was very kind and patient. When I arrived with the form filled out today, Margherita immediately noticed something wrong with the employer portion of the form (that was pre-filled by my employer but it seems they made a mistake!) and she brought it to my attention, suggesting that I contact my employer to double check the information. Although I couldn't get my LiveScan done today, I'm really grateful for Margherita's honesty and her attention to detail. It saved me a lot of time and stress! read more

Going to be super honest here , I myself am surprised that I would take time to get on yelp to review a postal service - it's for a very simple reason, the service was stellar. I was here on a Wednesday morning , in a rush to run this errand and attend a work related meeting on time. When I entered there were two people ahead of me that I thought were taking too much time , so I grabbed an envelope to be a step ahead at my game. My turn and I was delighted, the lady at the counter made me feel like the task I had in hand was the most important post of the day, she told me the envelope I had was making it more expensive ( and suggested a cheaper alternative ) and didn't even charge for it though I scribbled an address on it . I was out pretty soon. Great personal service for something as banal as posting something . Keep up the great service ! I believe the person at the counter was margarita. read more

I live close-by but had a hard time finding this place searching through Google. Since it's a relatively new Postal Annex, it doesn't come up very easily when you search for it. Once I got a phone number, I called and was able to confirm they were there and open for business. The location's great if you live close to the new Target, Sprouts, etc. shopping center at the corner of Scott and El Camino (The Postal Annex is literally right next door to Target). All I went in for today was some copying and faxing, but it was a seamless and reasonably priced experience. The lady who works there, Marguerita, was also very kind the whole time I was there. I'll definitely go back for my packaging, shipping or faxing needs due to the location and customer service I received during my first visit. DHL has used the place as a drop off. It is a good place but being not use to the complex I had a hard time looking for it. I just wished they are more descriptive of the location, placing key stores like - next to it like - Target. The whole complex address is 2010. But the shop number has not been placed read more

Sometimes the staff can take a while because they have complex orders so sometimes I have to leave and come back at a different time. The super friendly owner also does public notary services and truly knows her stuff when it comes to getting the right size passport picture no matter what country you need it for.
