An…read moreincident occurred over the weekend which resolved with me picking up my delivery at the main warehouse. Once I made enough "text with a bot" c/o, I did receive a call the next morning from customer service. After a refusing to wait another 2 days for my delivery, I was able to go to the warehouse and pick it up. A ring cam at my neighbors house provided more information about the delivery. I would like to discuss the situation further with customer service however... automation bots block me from doing this. Your automated system needs some work FED EX, you have good employees however you give them no support. I am sorry for the employees - I "chatted with the bot a bit" maybe I will get a call back from Customer service.

I have literally chased behind a driver on Saturdays to get my item from him on the truck. This is so unprofessional on Friday-Sunday. Today is Friday 06/05/26 Ive been home all day awaiting my pkages so for the driver at 3:40pm to send me a message stating NO APT Number listed that's a freaking lie. I have filed multiple complaints concerning the lack of accountability for the Ground Service and nothing happens. If the driver(s) doesn't like delivering packages by all means get a new job. Supervisors need to hold the drivers accountable. I paid for shipping and I understand delays, but I don't appreciate a driver flat out lying because he's lazy. Just do the job you were hired to do. I'm highly upset. IF YOU KNOW BETTER THAN DO BETTER! WE PAY FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMERS DESERVED BETTER SERVICE.
