Really disappointing experience as we were charged $200 to send a package via USPS and the package never made it into the USPS System and was eventually returned to our home 2 months later as "undeliverable@ with two items missing. Matt was no help at all and when I asked for a refund he just cited over and over again that the USPS doesn't issue refunds even the charge was through PostNet. Will never use PostNet again. Do not use their mailbox service. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced and their negligence has cost me a lot of money. Not only do they overcharge you, but also when you schedule a mail pick up, that they charge you for, they don't have the mail ready. The man who I can only assume is the manager was unkind and had no desire to help me. He treated me as if I were an idiot and didn't even bother to come down the stairs from his desk to help. I was trying to pick something up for my boss and seemed to have the mailbox number wrong, I thought he was looking up the name to try to help. But rather he has moved on to other work. When he turned back around after 5 minutes I was patiently waiting, happy he was trying to help me, and he game me a look of "what are you still doing here." I was so shocked and embarrassed. Just so unkind and absolutely unhelpful. If you don't like the work you're doing go find a job elsewhere because you're not only hurting yourselves but those that you are mean to as well. read more

Horrible experience. I chose them through the iPostal service as my mailing location. I went in to pick up some packages I had scheduled, and the attendant told me they were not there. I explained some details and said that I was traveling out of the country the next day. I showed him the confirmation, which he did not look at, so I asked what I was supposed to do, and he just walked away. I asked for the manager and was told he was away. While I waited, I called iPostal. They were helpful and asked to speak to the attendant. He seemed disinterested but, I put the phone on speaker. He listened and told iPostal the packages were not scheduled for pickup at which point iPostal asked if they were there and he said yes. I was surprised since he had just told me something different. I said as much and got no response. iPostal said they would schedule them now and that the earliest pickup was the next day but since they knew I was leaving in the AM I could pick them up now. The attendant said no. Manager comes in and goes upstairs. I ask him to come down and start explaining the situation. I was definitely agitated and talking fast, but I was not rude or disrespectful. He cut me off and said, "what's your point?" I stopped and took a breath because now I was just getting angry. I gave him the gist of it and after some back and forth (with iPostal still on the phone) he said he would do it only this time as a courtesy and stressed the word "courtesy". I got angry and started to argue back but half-way through the sentence I stopped and said, "fine, what time should I come back?" because he said they had to get them from somewhere. To be fair I later found out the issue was something iPostal did, not the store. However, my issue with them is that they were not interested at all in trying to figure out the issue, helping me or providing any customer service. And they were dismissive and rude. I am grateful they gave me the packages, but the extra attitude and overall lack of interest and empathy was just jarring and created a lot of unnecessary stress for all involved. When I went back to pick up the packages the manager/owner asked for my id and just dropped the packages and walked away. I was going to explain that we figured out what happened but clearly, he was not interested. This is not the first time I've had an issue with their attitude. read more

I went in on a Wednesday needing 100 postcards for Friday. Matt was so nice and helpful! He showed me paper samples and gave me an estimate. Told me it would be ready by Thursday. I emailed the specs to them later and in just a couple hours I received an email back stating that the cards were ready! Not only did they exceed expectations for readiness, they were so pleasant, professional and affordable!
