The ladies are nice but they always have an issue with their scanner. i have dropped off items that get scanned but never get a legitimate tacking number . My packages have gone missing in the system. i own a business and have had to reimburse customers because they never received their item. Not sure what's going on here . read more

I don't know if there is new ownership, but the woman at the front desk took 15 mins to print a label and ring me up for a shipping a small package. She asked me how to print the label and couldn't figure out her credit card machine. Luckily for her I was the only customer in there at the time. I can't imagine her handling multiple customers at the same time. I used to go here since it's close to my house, but I'll drive to UPS next time. read more

Went in on a Saturday to have a picture boxed and mailed. Manager Jose said the picture will go out on Monday or Tuesday and paid $168. A week later packages haven't gone out, girl working argued with me and her managers day off. She finally called and he said there must of been a miscommunication. Total bullshit. The best Customer Service ever! I had a unique request. I had a book of music that was too big to ever lie flat when I was trying to play from it. Mr. Subhash Chandra volunteered to take on the project of making my book usable. It turned out to be very problematic but Mr. Chandra tenaciously worked on it and delivered to me 3 spiral-bond, manageable volumes that now lie perfectly flat on my piano music rack. shipped a flat rate box here about an hour ago. got home and googled cost at post office ...just under $17. It's a flat rate box and should be a flat rate right? Postnet charged just under $30....almost double. So I called and asked if that was there upcharge ( which it was). I asked that a refund be issued, shipping canceled and I would come pick up the box. I use this place to drop off FedEx packages that I am sending out. I generate and print the labels at home and then drop them off here and let them scan them in the system, give me a receipt and I am on my way. I use FedEx online and/or PayPal to generate USPS, UPS, or FedEx labels. read more

The owner of this store has a very Type-A personality, which, as a type B, has caused some strange tension in the past. However, she is very good. She WILL get the job done, and you will probably be happy with the outcome, but she will do it her way. Does excellent print work, designing is a little outdated (still uses Microsoft Publisher for design (to my knowledge)) but she is friendly. Get your designs ready and get them printed here, you will be satisfied. read more

These guys are the best! The previous owner was okay, but Stephen goes out of his way to make things easy. I run my small business out of this PN location, and Stephen has always been top notch. He emails me when my packages arrive. If he knows it's an important, time sensitive delivery, he will call me. I must comment on the one negative review that's posted here. By no means have they ever been rude to me on the phone. Sure, they've given short, one-word answers because they're busy a lot of the time, but never rude. Last thing, I hardly pay them to ship my packages. I print my labels from my home office and drop them off at this location. I only rent my business PO Box address from this place. So even though they basically only receive around $190/year from me yet see me and handle my packages every day, they still give EXCELLENT customer service. If you're sick of the Post Office and want an easy, pleasant transaction, give these guys a go! You won't regret it:) read more

Customers Beware!!! I took several holiday presents to be wrapped and sent to PostNet in Cave Creek. My gifts were returned "damaged" to the store. As it tuned out, the olive oil had been improperly packed and it broke and leaked all over the box and the remaining gifts. The owner was extremely unhelpful. I stopped in after work to ask her to do the right thing and resend the items at no cost to me. She reluctantly agreed to do this is a very rude way. When we went back with the items, she reneged on her word and refused to send them. She said we would have to wait till the claim was filed. If I could rate this woman's business a "0" out of "5" stars, I would. Go someplace else! read more

Had a mailbox here for over a year because it was closest to my home. Besides the owner being rude... for no apparent reason... EVERY time I went in there -I doubt I ever saw her smile once.... -I opened a box to be mainly for my business. I'm out of town a lot so I needed a safe place for shipments from my manufacturers to be dropped off. PostNet's package notification service was non existent they would only notify me days later stating they were going to be returned to the carrier since I hadn't picked them up right away. When I'd get there, she would glare me down the whole time. I never did do much shipping or another services with them as their markups are freaking outrageous. Once I allowed my sister-in-law to ship something to my box that was a gift so it wouldn't come to her house. You would have thought I tried to commit grand larceny & how dare I allow such a thing! That was pretty much the last straw. I was so glad a UPS store opened up a location just across the street. It was worth going through the change of address hassle to never have to go there again. Well I did, just recently. Dropped off a small box for the US mail. Dropped it off around 1:00 & for some reason it was never given to the postman until the following day according to the tracking... I guess I'm a glutton for punishment. read more
