I've always had good service here. Today was above and beyond. Juan and his new trainee helped me rent a new P.O. Box for our mail. Our service at the community boxes in Tatum Higlands has become very inconsistent. Ups store box was the solution. The staff here had me set up and in and out in less than 15 minutes. I started using this location when I moved in November 2023. I'm in there approximately twice a week for my business. I find all associates to be kind and willing to go the extra mile. Even the new people say hello and use my name in their greeting. Richard and Juan are exceptional employees. They ask me if I need tape etc.. I did notice that there is a sign on the front door that all AAA clients receive 15% off. I think that is more than fair and use it as needed. There can be long lines at times. I haven't been anywhere in the North Scottsdale/Cave Creek area where the line wasn't long if it was worth the service. read more

NOT sorry to say this at all but going to work sick is NOT acceptable just because you put a mask on. I've never been so disgusted in my life while encountering an employee. Multiple times while being helped by this dude I heard him sniffling snot through his mask, he should NOT have been working. He wasn't fooling anyone hiding his illness behind the mask. Who knows how many people he infected there that day but with his demeanor I'm sure he could care less. The cherry on top was the greasy hair, excessively long fingernails and reeking of cigarette smoke. This guy hadn't showered for days. I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there and sanitize myself, took 10 minutes of driving with the window down to get the stench out of my nose. The guy with the long hair that works here is extremely impersonable and borderline disrespectful. When I walked into the store, he didn't say a word and just pointed at the register. I asked him if I needed to do two separate transactions for returns and he ignored me and just kept doing his thing on the register. He then gave me serious attitude over a return that I was doing when I do them all the time and know the process. If people wanted to be disrespected, they'd go to the post office and pay a portion of the price. There needs to be some serious training at this location to improve their customer service. read more

The correct address was written on the package. UPS covered the address partially with their label. Instead of arriving for Christmas 2022, the package was redirected back to sender over a month later. Thus forcing the sender to re-ship. Christmas gifts will now arrive for Valentine's day. I don't trust this place anymore. read more

My visits to this business increased after my mother passed, as shipping envelops and boxes to relatives escalated. Richard has been kind, patient, and detail-oriented in my every transaction. Yesterday, I asked him to help me ship a box to a relative in Canada (a laborious task due to Customs) and Richard made it happen smoothly, while ensuring incoming customers received help from another staff member. Another thing I appreciate are the masks worn by staff here; it's a level of caring that is demonstrated every day. Thank you Richard, for all you and your co-workers do every day. read more

Started out good and the girls were friendly when I called but the prices are outrageous and quotes are far from accurate. I took an item in to be boxed and wrapped because shipping is usually completely unreasonable there even though I've had a box there for years and use other business services. The girl quoted me about $15 and said she would have it ready in a few and I could come back to get it. She based the price off a sheet she had there when she measured my item. When I got there to pick it up it was $25 for a box and bubble wrap. When I asked about the price jump she told me it was the correct price and the sheet she looked at was wrong. I NEVER would have paid $25 for the box and bubble wrap. This one is closer to home but never again, I'll drive to desert ridge location or wait in line at the post office. In case you are wondering what $25 will get you here it is. $2.50 at Home Depot UPDATE ***** Well called the store and asked for the owner several times over a period of about 2 weeks and got one call back telling me he was out of the store but that he would be back the following week. I went in and he wasn't there and no one knew what I was talking about. My husband the following week took a box in to be mailed and just asked that they take off whatever they were going to refund off what it would cost us to ship the box to my mom. They again could initially not reach the owner because shocker he wasn't there. He went back 3 times showed them the message on yelp and they did NOTHING. Rude employees, no one knows what they are doing and it wasn't even the same ones that weren't trained when I initially went. Lesson again learned. This place is a mess and the response to my review was disingenuous to say the least. As bad as the post office is any place is better than this. read more

I went in the week before Christmas to use their Notary service. I waited in line, and spoke to the woman at the counter who asked me to wait in the front of the store and the Notary would come out. I waited over 25 minutes and then was told that the person was not feeling well and I should come back tomorrow. Well, sign and stamp the book and then go home, but having to wait for that amount of time and then be told to come back tomorrow is unacceptable. I watched the person work with other customers for the entire 25 minutes I was waiting and they were well enough to service them and that work was more taxing. I went to another UPS store and was serviced immediately. I'd skip this place, Horrible customer service! read more

For my needs, this store has been good. I liked it better when they were in their former location which was closer but this one has been okay. About the only downside is that sometimes there can be long lines but usually there are 2 people at the counter when that happens. Mostly I drop off Amazon items at this location, get a receipt that the item was dropped off and I am on my way. I use FedEx online and/or PayPal to generate USPS, UPS, or FedEx labels. read more

This store has terrible customer service and the employees are not very educated on their processes. I dropped a DHL package there a week ago, because they said they would have them come by and pick it up (they are an authorized DHL drop spot). I have been periodically checking the tracking number, and finally today after seeing no movement I called the store and surprisingly it was still there. They said "DHL never picked it up". I had left my phone number with the package and was supposed to get a call by Tuesday if it hadn't been picked up so I could make alternate arrangements, but that didn't happen. So I drove back down to the store, they handed me the package back and that was it. No "I'm sorry", no other offers to try and help, nothing. So now I will drive it down to Phoenix myself to the DHL hub and drop it off tomorrow. I suppose since they weren't making their standard 80% margins on handing the package they just didn't care. Never again will I patronize this location, and I'd urge you to consider how important it is to you to know your goods are in capable hands. read more

I have been visiting and I did not have access to a computer at the home I was staying in. I came into this location and was able to use the computer, scan, fax, get my documents notarized, and ship out my fragile items I had purchased while visiting Cave Creek Shops. The staff is very knowledgeable, and pleasant the young lady Kathleen went above and beyond to assure me my package would get delivered safely using the pack and Ship guarantee. I left there feeling great. I didn't know they had all this in one location which certainly made my errand time a one stop day. Thank you ! I will be back next year and will go no where else. Horribly run store. The girls that work there are incompetent and unhelpful. I went in to look into opening a p.o. box there and the girl couldn't tell me exactly how to set up or a set price. There was dust collecting on the office supplies and they looked like they had been there for years (the plastic was yellow and sun faded). The copier was broken and customers were complaining. For the season the store wasn't even decorated and honestly it appeared to unkept. Unless you want to be neglected by the shotty staff or sold an overpriced, dust ridden office supply, I don't suggest going to this UPS store. In need of new ownership obviously. read more
