The staff is so helpful here! Anything you need mailed they can get it done! Sending out a package to my mother a few days before Christmas. I was told it was going to be delivered Tuesday. So the day after Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close, but the little lady at the counter told me if she had time she would try to get out to another store to get it out on time... Well not sure where she took it but my mom got here gift Saturday so the day before Christmas Eve. Thank you so much for going that extra mile. You made to new friends for being so cool just because! I was disappointed in the review posted regarding the ski jacket that didn't show up as quickly as DHL had told the sender. I would like to add to my review that not only does this SMALL BUSINESS GO ABOVE AND BEYOND, they are doing everything they can to protect themselves and the public during this pandemic. They are clean, offer sanitizer and wear masks/face shields. PostNet goes above and beyond. The customer service is amazing, their quality is great, and they handle such a wide variety of things - from stationery to door hangers, to logos, to business cards, professional folders and posters - they can handle it all. They ship very large, oversized packages and take the time to be careful in packing. I drive out of my way to come to PostNet and get my business needs handled. I would strongly recommend this business. read more

I recently started mailing packages from this PostNet store. A package I went to Denver last week waasn't delivered due to confusion about the address. I notified the PostNet owners, and they tracked down the package with FedEx within one day. Really good communication too! Also, I believe their rates are much better than the UPS Stores in the area. read more

Yikes! I have dropped off packages here for years - but today asked for a shipping estimate on a package and was given a Fedex quote of $44 (phx to LA) - what? So I went home and did my usual online Fedex label for $15. So, Postnet wants a $29 service fee? That is just crazy - that $44 was just shipping, not box or packaging. I will continue to drop off packages, but never ever ship with them. read more

My disappointment with this Postnet location as well as DHL has compelled me to write this negative review - something I don't do. After paying Postnet $170 (!) to ship a used ski jacket to my daughter studying (and freezing) in the UK, I was given a shipping ETA of approx 3 days. I was surprised when a full week had passed and my daughter had still not received the parcel. I reached out to DHL and they said the parcel would be delivered the following day. However, my daughter reported that the local courier arrived while she was at the library. He said he would not leave the parcel until she paid 18 pounds in VAT tax and he would not wait for her return. Instead, he said she would need to take a train 30 min away to pick up the parcel. By this time I was alarmed, not so much at the VAT tax, but that they wanted her to take a train to come pick it up. Only one delivery attempt had been made. Not OK. I contacted DHL and Postnet (as the shipper of record) for assistance. After two full weeks and multiple phone calls, the parcel did finally make it to my daughter. Surprising that this took so long and so much follow up on my part to a company that purports to be logistic experts. The Postnet location had indicated they would have the VAT to be charged to their account. However, the courier demanded payment from my daughter when he delivered it. She paid and finally received the package. After all was said and done, I wrote a carefully drafted schedule of my calls and follow up to both Postnet and DHL. I recognize some aspects of the shipping delay were out of Postnet's control. What I expected was better follow up on their side and even a token offer of refunding the VAT (that they had originally offered to cover) or perhaps a discount on future services. Nothing. Instead, Deb wrote a dismissive email saying that International Shipments are not guaranteed. To add insult to injury, she called me by the wrong name. There has been no further correspondence from DHL or Postnet. I don't intend to use either company again in the future. With many other shipping location options in the Cave Creek area, I recommend visiting one of the friendly UPS locations, Office Max at the Summit or the Post Office. read more
