Very disappointing dealing with this place. in December Ordered my important mail to be mailed to another location, it took them 15 days to even acknowledge that I had ordered. Only when I called is when they realized and actually sent. On Friday i got a call from them saying the mail they sent in December came back to them, which doesn't add up. The address they said was written on the package was correct, how it is that was sent back to them. Now it makes sense, I see plenty of other reviews of them losing mail, very unprofessional. read more

Mia the manager is the rudest, snippiest person. I'm surprised she is working in a customer service position. A year ago another woman assisted me with a printing project and she was lovely. I had such a great experience that I returned this year, only to find that she was replaced by the uninterested, unhelpful Mia. Mine was a good experience. While the interior looks a little dated, the service was recieved was quite good. I came in to have some resumes printed on card stock and the lady immediately got the paper and copied my resumes. I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Price was 69¢ on card stock. read more

Friendly customer service. Printing paper is only $.22. You have to pay with coins because the limit to use the card is $1. Make sure you bring cash. Female Employee went above and beyond for me. Will be coming here again! read more

I entered the business with a mask due to COVID 19 and there was a sign on the door stating it was required. However, the three employees were not wearing masks. The male employee did put one on over his mouth when I entered. When I asked why they weren't wearing masks a blonde woman said she had been eating and said the other woman has one somewhere. Neither made any effort to put a mask on. Then, the rate she quoted me to mail my 2 lbs package was high - $30 to mail to nyc (image attached). I said It seemed high and I might go elsewhere. Do not use for plan printing! Printed two separate sets of plans to the wrong scale and then said they wouldn't refund because I didn't ask for a specific plan page size. I specifically requested they check scale and print to scale on the second order, but that appears to not have been enough for them to get it right. The people are friendly but their prices to ship are higher than most. I wanted to ship a non-urgent medium box to Arizona. Their "best price" was $43 using FedEx ground, which is quite high give the weight and dimensions. I checked the UPS app and it was less than $28. They also advertise they ship UPS and USPS, but those were even higher than $43. Went home printed a UPS label for $28 and handed it to the UPS driver when he dropped off a package. Not sure why the high pricing but it may it's due to surcharges as some have suggested. However it should be about the same as all the carriers offer resale pricing to businesses. read more

I would highly advise to avoid postnet. I attempted to mail a package in Jan 2023, they misplaced my apparel I was attempting to return and instead placed my label on a book package. The apparel company had no idea what I was sending back and called to let me know, while providing photographic proof. I contacted postnet and they said the post office somehow opened my package and placed a book inside. Very silly but I called them and the said it was impossible. The people at postnet upon being provided photographs as well as my receipt became nasty with me, over talked over me, and said the best they could do was refund my transaction costs, despite them putting my jacket in the incorrect pancake. I asked them to refund my $95, the value of the jacket and I was hung up on. The people at postnet corporate said their hands were tied and it's up to the customer to work it out with the business owner, which is the person who hung up on me after asking for compensation. Because of this I advise to avoid doing business with an owner and management team who cares so little about a previously loyal customer. Leading up to that I had used postnet and felt comfortable with them. When I asked the manager if I'm taking a chance by giving them a package to be mailed and she replied yes and when on to filibuster me every time I talked I knew I had zero chance of getting anything for the loss of my package. read more

I sent a request for a quote and after a day I didn't hear back but got an email welcoming me from signing up (from the requested quote). I emailed that email back asking for the quote and when I didn't hear back after another day I called them. They said they get a lot of emails so they didn't get my request for a quote and then just gave me it over the phone. $25 for a single poster print/gloss, normal price I guess. But when I went to pick it up there were two copies, both were absolutely terrible quality. This is NOT on the workers, this is their printer. There were thick lines where ink didn't fully get into the paper every 2" (I've worked in printing, this is the printer's fault). But not only that, it was extremely pixelated. I made sure my document was 300dpi and created at the dimensions that I was printing - there was no reason it should have been THAT pixelated at all. It seems like they saved a preview of the image instead of downloading the image before printing - or whatever software they used to print couldn't handle it. But either way it was a completely unacceptable print, by the lines alone. They need to get their printer fixed before charging anyone for quality prints. read more

I have been using this Barker Cypress Post Net location for over a year now and I absolutely Love it!! The two ladies Krystle and Hazel are such jewels. They both give excellent customer service and always let me know when my boutique packages have arrived. I have such a large number of packages coming to this location and the girls always have my packages stacked together and ready for me to receive. I also ship my customer packages from this location and have never had a problem with timely scanning and shipping of the items. This place has unrealistic "surcharges". I was told that a book of stamps costs about $1.00 more than USPS when I originally wanted to buy them. I was charged $14.00. When I brought up the fact that a book of stamps with USPS is only $9.80 and thier "surcharge" is really $4.20, I was told a credit card fee , electric bill fee and a made up amt of what they feel is a reasonable amount to charge on top of the book of stamps is what makes it $14.00. Thats almost HALF the cost of another book of stamps. I will NEVER buy anything considered retail here again . read more

I wish I could leave no stars. Use at your own risk. They do not know shipping guidelines for UPS. Shipped a package UPS from here and I MADE IT VERY CLEAR WHEN THE PACKAGE HAD TO ARRIVE. The customer did not get their package because UPS does not ship to a post office box. PostNet told me they did. When I went back, they did refund my money but the woman who initially helped me showed not 1 ounce of remorse...she flipped through a magazine while another person happily hummed while processing the refund. Waste of time if you are shipping using another person's Fedex account. First supplied all the info so she could type it in and when I said it was Fedex Ground to be charged to the recipients Fedex number she said we can't use the computer and handed me a form. I filled it out and was then told they could not ship ground with another person's Fedex number. That's it - no go. Waste of time. Absolutely horrible experience. I walk in thinking oh small business. Ask how much prints are and the owner says, $0.10 a copy. That is great. He even does the printing for me. But then I went to look at the prints as they was coming out. He says don't so that because it will off set the machine. When the prints was done, it looked absolutely horrible. The images was black and unclear. He blames me for bringing color copies. I explain that in the past it usually gets lighted up a bit before printed and he did not do so. I trusted his expertise to do it right. He then said I cant help that. It will now be $7.xx. I refused to pay and he says I am now committing theft by service. I gave him the copies back and said clearly you should not expect me to pay for this quality? He claimed the I'm a small business owner. You just cost me money out of pocket. I offered advice as a multi state small business owner that he should review what is being done and offer his expertise before printing and then let the person know that it is then on them if they choose to continue. Offer to edit the machine or go online and print directly black/white and charge a small fee if need be. As well post a sign for do it yourself printers that all prints are final and to be paid for. No Exceptions. He laughed at me shaking his head and said, whatever. I thought I was the only bad review. Not on Google. Only bad reviews. read more
