I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because every time I drop off for fedex I get nothing but attitude. I boycott for a few months then think maybe they have better workers this visit and it's closer. Nope! Why do they have to make me feel like a burden when I drop off a package? Definitely a One Star business, I'm sure its because there starving. Just look at there reviews, you can't have poor service with attitude and make money. With so many poor reviews you would think the owner would catch on "Hello (owner) can't you read, wake up!" Also if try and guilt your customers into spending money with you it won't work. Stop acting like the postnet police, learn to smile, be genuinely grateful that people walk through your door and quit acting like we owe you something. The two people behind the counter today are a train wreck. First the young lady that took my small shipment couldn't read the clearly printed shipping label, "because she forgot her glasses" Thought Al was Alaska. Then the older guy says if you want to send it by USPS prioity mail," they'll only insure it up to $ 100. ,Fed Ex with insurance will be $ 42.00 _/-" Wrong !! I went on-line to the Post Office, sent it 2nd day prioity with $ 700.00 insurance for $ 20.75. I don't mind a company marking a profit, but deception to do it, Not! read more

I came in for notary service 10 mins to closing. I asked the lady in the front for notary service, she looks at the clock then back at me and tells me rudely " It's too late for notary service". I didn't say anything else, but I thought really!? I understand it was close to closing time, but I had one item to sign and it takes all of 5 mins to notarize a document. I'll find another local PostNet to take my business in the future. read more

A place to go for copies? Maybe. Forget scanning services. I've been there twice this week and nobody had a clue. Oh, they tried and charged me but pictures in the body of my email was useless. Do not EVER get anything notarized here. It seriously took us 30 minutes to get a simple paper for the school signed because the guy was so slow and rude. He acted like he was annoyed when we said we had to get a document notarized. Go to your bank or a UPS store. Don't waste your time. read more

It's interesting that before I entered this business , I read some of the reviews. Unfortunately two of the reviews were so awful I almost didn't come here. Went anyway, only to find that the service was great and there were smiles on the employee faces, and being a conversationalist found that they were open to just kicking back and talking and having a good laugh when they weren't that busy. I don't even live in that part of town but if I ever need anything done and I happen to be down that way, I will definitely be visiting this PostNet again. By the way, the two bad reviews were not very intelligently done. One was complaining about the prices which are actually preset so you go ahead and you stand in the USPS lines I've got more valuable things to do with my time. The other bad review comes from a person that has only left 3 reviews probably all bad. When that person decides to leave a good review anywhere out of the hundreds of places he or she has been then I'll start believing their reviews. read more

When my local mom & pop went out of business (Postal-N-More), I went into high speed wobbles. They referred me to this particular Postnet. I dropped in on a Friday to ship an item and was greeted warmly by an employee and a gentleman who I believe was the owner. As I stood by waiting to ship my item due to other patrons being helped, I stood back and watched. Other customers entered and first names were being dropped all over the place. Obviously they had been to the shop before and the thought of developing a relationship where someday I too would be known on a first name experience excited me. When it came time for me to assisted with my transaction, I found the experience to be pleasurable. The friendliness and attention to detail was outstanding. They have copiers and all things related to a business which provides this type of service. I look forward to giving them my money. read more

Will never bring any of my business here again. The older man working was snappy and had an attitude that was clearly uncalled for. All I was in there to do was to have a paper notarized. I had know idea I needed the complete packet of papers and he shoved my paper to the side and treated me like I was wasting his time. He also stated "it was people like me" and did not finish his sentence so I don't know if he was trying to be racist but I was not in there to intentionally cause any problems. If you are in the Henderson area I would suggest taking your business some where else. read more

My sister and I just had the worst customer service experience at this location while trying to get a document notarized. I went on yelp to write a review (which I've never felt the need to do until now) and read the reviews prior to posting my own. Apparently, this is a common practice with this place. Good to know that it wasn't just us, but disappointed and frustrated that the owner (who was standing right there) refuses to do anything about it. The old man was extremely rude, spoke down to us, and threw our drivers licenses at us and refused to notarize our document. He interjected into a conversation we were having and started to argue with us. We asked him to not be so rude to us and to speak to us respectfully. That only upset him more which provoked him to throw our licenses at us. The owner was standing there the entire time and didn't seem to care in the least bit. There were no apologies given, in fact, he continued to let the old man yell at us as we were walking out. The other girl working behind the counter was timid and didn't want to get involved. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in there again and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same. I wish I could select zero stars! read more

I had been to this PostNet several times in the past a few years ago for notary services and the male notary there was very nice and quick too help. I went in this store for notary service last month and was told the notary had left work early but that she would be back the next morning. I went back the next day, the notary was there but busy sorting mail on the counter. I was the only customer in the place. The older woman greeted me nicely but the notary barked at me that I would need to wait until she was finished sorting her mail. I waited a couple of minutes while the nice older woman stood there like she nothing to do. I guess she couldn't sort mail. The notary had a pretty big pile of mail to go through before helping a paying customer so I just said "never mind" and left. I went to the UPS store near Walmart and they gladly notarized my document for me. Now I need a mail forwarding service while I travel over the summer but will use a PostNet farther away from home because I have no confidence in these people at this location. read more

First of all tried to go here this past Saturday. We got there at about 10:15am and the doors were still locked and no one there. Supposedly they open at 10am... but I guess really it should say "We open when we want." Went there today to pick up a book of stamps... will never buy stamps from them again. I thought the price seemed a little high but I have not had to buy stamps in forever so I paid for them without question. I ended up looking up the price of stamps afterwards and to my shock... they charged an extra $4 for a book of stamps. RIDICULOUS!!!! I will never go to this store for any of my shipping/copying needs. read more
