These folks are beyond incompetent! Cant seem to get a package delivered on time or received on time. And when it's ready for pick they won't release it even with proper ID and shipping documents. This location is on the corner of a strip mall on the right hand side when pulling in the parking lot. If you have a postage paid package that just needs to be dropped off, then you can come to this location and literally drop it in the Ship and Drop box kiosk. You just scan your barcode and if it accepts it, a big sticker receipt prints out for you and then you drop it in the box. Keep the receipt for tracking and reference. If I didn't have to wait for so long, I'm sure the lady there would if helped me, but a customer had a lot of questions so she was tied up. I'm pretty sure she was the only person working there too so I kinda felt bad. Good thing it gave me enough time to look around and found the self help kiosk box. They seem to offer printing and a couple of computer work stations with paid usage. You can use a credit card or buy usuales time in their cards. There was also a giant printing cutting machine, but I had no idea how to use it. I would recommend using this spot for quick drop offs. They also sell small office goods like resume paper, post its , pens, and bubble mailers. I didn't buy anything, but good to know if I need to. Prices seem ok for those items, but pricing for shipping was more than the post office. Things to keep in mind depending on your needs. read more

Yolanda at this store in Henderson made my day :) Wasn't sure if I should give them 5 stars for the entertainment or 1 star for the poor behavior. I felt for a moment like I was part of a soap opera tv show. Kinda funny. Walked in with big wrapped item and asked for a QUOTE to know how much this would cost me. Yolanda then asked me how I want to PAY :) so I asked why pay, that I wanted a quote only. This is when her face dropped and she had that killr face, very mean looking. Oh boy, it was scary but also very funny which made me smile and I realized that her mistake made her feel very uncomfortable. Either she starts laughing with me and apologizes but the contrary happened. This is where the fun begins... From that point I knew that I can't expect anything positive and that the quote or anything else she'll give me won't be in any acceptable range. I knew something ridiculous is coming my way as a payback from YOLANDA. :) First she started measuring the item I had with me. It was not in a box but well wrapped as many items I have received before through FEDEX. You would think that measuring something (height/width/length) would be easy but she started wrapping her measuring tape somehow around the item I had with me. I did the same measurements at home and the length was almost 3 feet off, height and width 1 feet off. :D The quote I received was just for a BOX to put my item in there. I have rarely seen a more apathetic set of employees than at the local Kinkos Fedex on Stephanie Street. I had a package that was too large for the drop and I just didn't get the impression that they could care less. After several months waiting on our claim, I received a letter today that says they did deliver package and case closed. This is ridiculous as we never received the package and it was time sensitive. I have no idea who they delivered the package to because the signer of the package is no one we know and not a neighbor. This is a horrible company to deal with and they make up shit. This afternoon, an upper management-type person named Scott was admonishing employees for "wasting time doing things for customers that do not make money" and reminding them to "insist on upgrades even if a customer doesn't want them." Whoever is above Scott on the FedEx org chart might want to to suggest to him that if he is going to give these lectures, he might want to give them out of earshot of current--and in my case--former customers. I was required to fax an important document and because this is 2021, I don't have a landline or a FAX machine. I went here to get the job done. Summer was the only employee working and I told her that I had not used their fax before and she pointed to the machine across the room and told me to dial and put the papers in. The machine kept jamming and I asked for help several times to be given a directive from across the room and then ignored again. I finally left and had to go down the street to the UPS store who was friendly and HELPFUL. Summer could take a lesson from them! read more

If I could give the 0 stars, I would. I paid $5.55 to get my packages delivered between 5 and 8 pm. I came home by 4:40 and they came at 4:26 and left a an attempt delivery notice. What in the heck. I called their 1800 "customer service" line and was told - there is no direct number available for the Henderson Warehouse, so sorry but nothing they can do. Aren't you customer service? Make them turn around. Nope not possible. It is a secret society with no direct managers, phone numbers or people who can assist. Sorry you left work early for this AND that you paid for this terrible non service. I asked for their postal inspector equivalent. No such entity, essentially they said there is no upper management whom I can contact. Again, lies. Their corporate headquarters are in Tenn and their CEO is Frederick Smith. 901-818-7500. This FedEx office used to be great! Not sure if Scott is a manager or not, but he is not friendly or helpful! But unfortunately he was the only one out front when I came in today. I asked him a question about scanning, his response was read the directions! So much for customer service! If you do not use those machine everyday they are not super easy to use! What is wrong with FedEx. Again today my package was delivered to my neighbor. This has happened 6 times in one year. No other carrier ever has issues in my neighborhood. The FedEx office at my work location was closed. I went to the one on Mall ring circle. There was no customer. All I needed was to bind four decks of documents. They told me I had to leave it there and come back next day. So I decided to try this location, close to where I live. If I had to leave it and come back, it would be easy. The store manager helped me and he finished the job in 10 minutes!!! The store is nice and clean. It's my second time coming here. Will use them again! read more

I frequent this store ALOT! I do a lot of printing and faxing...today I came in to do some printing from a CD involving a significant amount of pages and wasn't sure how to do it..I was helped by Philip...he was extremely helpful...he took the CD, typed in all the pages I needed and 10 minutes later I'm walking out with my 50 printed pages. I wasn't going to write this, but my friends that I was mailing a Fed Ex package today, suggested that I should because like myself. They felt like the interaction that I experienced today was rude. I have been using this location for many years and I always had a good experience by the helpful staff until today. The male manager (Scott) ignored me and helped, individually, the two other male customers (with two different transactions) behind me without greeting and purposely looked away from me, when I acknowledge him. No hello, stardard greeting or nothing. If he couldn't assist me or had prior agreements with to assist them first, that's completely okay, but at least acknowledge the customer next in line while you decide to assist the other customers behind them. I said 'Hello' to him second time to again to see if there was a misunderstanding or misreading the interaction on my part. He said 'Hello' like he didn't want to at all to me and quick stepped pass me to the back. I am really perplexed by the cold shoulderness and it doesn't make me feel comfortable or welcomed into this location again because the manager sets the overall environment and tone. I am pretty sure his is a good manager overall but he wasn't to me, which makes it personal issue on his part. My main concern is if I have any questions or issues that may require any management assistance, Scott may choose to not address it in the future. read more

I don't know who own/manages this store, but they need to check on their employees. They are so lazy and they stand in the back and talking to each other. I was the only customer. I asked them if they can print something for me, and all they did was point at the printer. They act like I know everything about big printers. I was standing there for about 8 min trying to figure out how to work this big printer. The printer got stuck or froze.. and this employee said "oh I can print it for you" . It took him 30 sec to print my documents. Whoever is managing this store, please check on your employees. They are so lazy. read more

The staff is way nicer and easier to approach then the locations in the OC! I don't like that they don't have as much computers but they helped me and walked me through the process for using the fax machine. Their friendly and don't mind helping you at all. Most employees don't greet you or even acknowledge that fact that your in the store. I believe its whoever is running the stores and trains the employees properly on customer service! Worst place ever! Who ever owns this place does not know how hire or keep employees. My package got damaged from poor packaging. The guy that was helping me was running around like a chicken with head cut off! Very fast, furious but in the end package got damaged. Even thought I paid them to package the shipment, it did not survive the guy who was on coke doing the packaging. Either staff your place with minimum 2 workers or close the place down. Take 2 printers, 3 PC workstations, shove them in the back of a FedEx shipping office, abuse the former legacy of Kinko's by claiming you offer print services and you get this waste of commercial office space that tries to pass itself off as a Print & Ship Center. It's a Ship Center with printing as an after thought. Compared to other former Kinko's locations that ACTUALLY HAS SEVERAL PRINTERS and other pieces of equipment this place comes across as a joke and needs to be closed. Never again will I ship with FedEx. Employees didn't pay attention on my shipping instructions after FedEx online pre label autocorrected the address to the FedEx office that is closest to desired address. I already payed 100$ to ship this huge item , after was delivered at the FedEx Office instead of the address I provided , FedEx wanted me to pay extra 50$ to ship 5 miles distance. I refused to pay extra. Instead FedEx shipped the box back to my house and sent me a bill for $103, never bothered to respond on my claims, phone calls or let me know that they will ship it back.Not to mention that ,that item was supposed to be returned to the warehouse so I could get refund on unwanted package. I spoke to FedEx, sent emails..., Pointless. For a week they were looking into address where was delivered not realizing it was their FedEx office. So sad FedEx people, shame on you . I will make sure that people I know use other companies!!!!! read more
