I love this place. I recently had to print out portfolio book and I went to this printing place in Campbell. Unfortunately the guy over there was arrogant and told me at the last minute he cant do this job after waiting for nearly 2-2.5 hrs and also said it is very complicated and might took days together. Anyway I looked online to find other place and had a deadline to meet too, so I needed to get the print out that very day. I found Postnet and went over there to print. They did an exceptionally good job in printing and took time to look at my 33 pages portfolio(I wanted the edges to bleed) and cut each page carefully without ruining the contents inside the pages. I paid my digital copy and only realized that it is not even copied to my USB one week later. When I called them to explain the situation I got "LISTEN LISTEN LISTEN!!" and then "COME TO THE SHOP TO PICK THEM UP". Although I eventually saved the trip to get my digital copy back it is definitely not a pleasant experience. read more

I needed Indian passport size photos. Walked in to the store. The guy at the front desk knew exactly what I needed. He explained the differences in various country specifications easily including that of India & China. Took the photo, showed it to me and got the prints out in a jiffy. They also provide a digital copy. Asked him about mailing a document overnight and got quotes for various carriers very quick. Impressed with their level of expertise and professionalism. I went in at lunch time to get my passport photos done for my UK passport - no trouble at all and understood exactly what I needed. I had gone armed and prepared with the details but it turns out I didn't need them. Super friendly and no hanging around, even though there were other customers. I needed to print some party decorations in color and on cardstock so when I talked to Nancy on the phone she was very helpful. Our two kids need Canadian passport photos, so came here based on the great reviews. However the photographer was not professional at all -- never helped adjusted posture/hair/etc to conform to the requirements. One shot came out with head tilted and the photographer wanted to resort to photoshop to "fix it". It is possible that it so happened the photographer on staff was umm inexperienced, but we felt that we were pretty much on own to make sure the photos meet the requirements. read more

I come to PostNet for printing photos from digital files on my USB stick. The pictures come out very nice. So, whoever said their pictures don't turn out well is probably talking about 35mm film. Also ordered the pillow with a picture on it, which they outsource to manufacture, and loved the results. Pier did advise me not to order that picture on a rug, as the pixels weren't dense enough for it to come out well. So I settled on the pillow and am a happy customer. Btw, that pillow picture was also a digital camera picture. Pier gives excellent service and I've enjoyed coming here for some years now. In the early days, you could get in and get out fast. Now that everybody loves the place, expect to be patient. I batch all of my photocopy, lamination, and digital photo print jobs and save them to come here. read more

I took several hundred old 35mm slides to the Foto Shop to be scanned. These were old family slides from the 50s and 60s mostly and very precious because they are family history, so I was nervous about dropping them off to be scanned. The Foto Shop staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and treated the slides with great care. They got the job done quickly (sooner than estimated) and I am extremely happy with the results. The price was low, quality high, helpful and expert staff. Excellent place, I highly recommend it! read more

We had an urgent scanning order and was told to come in the next day anytime before 5 to pick it up. We have twin infants and were in a rush to get home to feed the boys and then head off to a holiday event. When we came in the next day at 3 the items hadn't even been started! He said it would take 10 minutes....then he started taking other clients while it scaned! After about 15 minutes he said he didn't realize how many pictures there were and to come back in 45 minutes! Do you know how hard it is to do anything with twin infants, just getting out of the house requires the perfect timing between feeding and sleeping. Thankfully my wife called and said we would be there by 5:30 and would need the pictures to be ready. Two new gentleman were at the store Pierre and Ed, and apologized to my wife, explained what happened but made no excuses and gave her the CD of scanned pictures for free. If we do ever need to come back we'll make sure to use Ed or Pierre, their customer service made me edit my original one star to three. read more

This is THE PLACE to go to for passport photos. I was blown away when the photographer asked how I liked it when it first came out. Did I hear right? I could choose? Two subsequent photos were taken and out of the three, I picked the last one, very much to my satisfaction. Told the photographer I have had several renewed passports. My photos had always been a disappointment. At 70 years old, I finally have a decent and best shot (of them all) for my renewal. Nice job! Never. All this craxk bxld owner is interested is in taking your money. I went for some international passport photos which had to be precise in dimensions and features, which they played around as trial and error, least interested if the photo will come well or with the specifications desired for which I was paying good money. Well, the digital photos did not come well. I insisted a lot, but the craxk head would not listen, would ignore, nor interested in retake as he had other customers waiting. Finally had to give him the dough taking a risk...My recommendation.....Stay Away, Stay Away, Stay Away...Dont easily fall for those polite comments or good yelp ratings..Unfortunately I did! They dont deserve customers..Yelp ratings have made them greedy to care less for you. read more

The first time I went in was because I needed a post office box and found everyone there was friendly, very helpful, and efficient. Another time I needed some business cards printed and although they were busy the teamwork was amazing, when one employee was called away for another rather demanding Fedex customer, the other employee who had just come into work jumped in and assisted me without skipping a beat. Great place to get a passport photo for an infant. The employee that helped me was very patient and understanding that a 7 week old can't be directed to pose for a passport photo. He took several photos and made sure I was okay with those taken before printing them. Great customer service, photo looked awesome after the first shot. A great place for passport and other immigration photos. With a family of 5 including one dual citizen and four going through green card application I've lost track of how often we've been here. The staff are excellent and seem to always know exactly what is needed for each type of photo. They are always quick to get the photos taken and photos print right away.
