A friend got us on the list for the founders room which we went into before the show. This place is awesome! It's a really cool speak-easy with hidden rooms and unique antiques. The staff was really friendly both in here and inside the venue itself. There was a mix-up on our part about the meet and greet, but they took care of it for us and made it happen. It's unusual for such a large venue to have such great personal service, but that is how they treat everyone. The staff seems to have a really great time working there, meeting the audience, and enjoying the show along with us. This is one of our favorite venues on Long Island.
