They really make an effort to get to know you and push you without being too in your face. When I signed up for an unlimited membership, I got an in-body scan and 1:1 with a coach to talk about my goals and it seems the team here really wants to help everyone stay accountable.

He's super humble and knows what he's doing. Jose and Carlos took great care of us and Jose gave us a trial pass... I have a grandfather membership that I would like to keep so I'm going to most likely sign up for EOS as well. I like the option of bringing unlimited guests with you. I also like the movie theater room. The classrooms are smaller than LA fitness so you do have to SIGN UP for the classes to ensure space... The gym can get really crowded and I do see a lot of people waiting for machines. They don't have a wet sauna but, they do have a front and back parking lot. I like that there's an outdoor section of the gym too... EOS is really stepping up into the fitness arena!

The equipment was clean and well functioning. I was there during peak hours and there was still plenty of workout equipment to go around. There are at least two or three pieces of identical equipment, so if one is taken, there is another one there to jump on. The facility is family friendly and the kids room was extremely clean. The locker room was also clean and the sauna was a bonus. They have tanning and massage beds available also. Many classes to choose from along with cycle (spin). Lots of cardio equipment. I really like the amount of stair climbers they have, so I know I'll be able to get on one. Overall, I would recommend Fitness 19 Temecula to my friends and family.

Equipment maintenance appears optional, cleanliness is more of a concept than a practice, and the bathrooms being out of order has become such a regular occurrence I'm surprised it's not listed as an amenity. But the real highlight is management. The manager seems deeply committed to acting like he's overseeing access to classified government documents instead of running a small gym in a tiny town. There's always an attitude, an unnecessary level of seriousness, and somehow a strange talent for making normal interactions feel uncomfortable. You walk in expecting to work out and leave feeling like you accidentally showed up for a DMV audit. Do better

It looks like they are starting to update their signs for the bathrooms to make them unisex. They also have a charging station for your heart rate monitor, which is a great use of their large lobby--plus you don't have to bother a staff member to help you with it. Unfortunately, you can't choose your station anymore when you check in, but I'm still a big fan of the studio.

I got there 10 mins before the class started & it seemed a little unorganized... there was some late comers so I was overlooked and did not receive a arm monitor for the class bc some of them were not charged ?? I did like the vibe of the class although the instruction could of used a little more explaining as this was my first time attending an OT. THe class was about an hour long and it was broke up into a 3 part session of rowing, & free weight conditioning, & treadmill. The female instructor gave some input for motivation & the music was loud and encouraging! Overall, it was fun but could have been more organized at the front desk & communication about the class offering "FREE" to first timers... This part was untrue as I received an email that my daughter (the member) was charged for all those attending a cost of $12 each @ 12-15 people that did not live in the Temecula area. This was an out of town prewedding celebration event.... so that was a little discouraging. I don't believe I will be returning to an OT.

Lagree is my favorite workout! I've tried all instructors thus far and everyone is amazing and challenging. Workouts can be difficult, will be sore (especially in the beginning), yet you get the adrenaline rush and want more. Lately I've been seeing Victoria, Sydney and Danielle more since our schedules have aligned and they are all so patient and provide modifications when I need them.

I work with James, who builds weekly workout routines (predominantly strength training for now) which I access through an app. He's accessible for support with nutrition advice, encouragement, answering questions about form and more. I appreciate the regular scans to help me see my progress. It's all tailored to my personal needs and goals. When I come into the gym, I often train with Kurt. He's great at helping me push past myself, keep good form, and smile! The gym is simply gorgeous. New equipment, so clean and well organized. They really have everything. My experiences here have been a tremendous positive impact in my physical well being. I would highly recomened Oasis Training Facility for those at any level. The doctor kept turning the frequency up on my last visits. I don't think the patches of hair were still present because the frequency wasn't high enough. I think it's because it was not done thoroughly. I contacted them about this and they were going to have to doctor get back to me and then never did. I even showed up to my appointment today so that I can show them in person and see if there's something they can do for the scarring. There's no one here.
