The black-and-white color scheme, exposed metal elements, and high ceilings give it a contemporary industrial feel. Southern Market seems like a great spot with a wide variety of food and drink options when all the vendors are open. The pork was tender and moist, and the overall big bite was tasty and filling. The rice and beans may have been on the steam table all day, so were past their prime - a bit dried out. We ordered the following, Gobble Gool, OG Sister's Balls, Tony's, and their famous OG Sisters Balls. All were perfectly seasoned and savory!! Your Sister's Balls, the food truck, serve their balls in pairs with a slice of fresh Italian bread, to mop up the delicious sauce in to-go containers. If you plan on eating right away, they do offer a paper tray, lined with aluminum foil. It should be noted, The Sampler, which includes 3 big balls, please note the seafood, vegan, and mini calzones are not included. Their prices are very reasonable, as well, especially compared to the kettle corn and caramel corn that you see at the grocery store. If you're looking to create favors like I did, you need approximately 3 of the large bags to make 30 favor bags with 3 cups of kettle corn per bag... But, I highly recommend getting extra, since you'll want to snack on some too! It's excellent!
