He also saw the owner of the establishment yelling at his employees so the 'niceness' towards the customers seems to be an act. The smash burger was cooked to perfection! I also got a side of their "drunken bacon jam", because I was curious. Absolutely delicious. Happy that we have lots leftover to use on our breakfast sandwiches for the morning. I personally thought that the portions were super appropriate for the price.
