The burrito comes with egg, shredded cheese, sausage, and American fries with salsa on the side. The sausage wasn't super prevalent while the odd sweetness of the potatoes was overpowering most of the time. I don't think this is a burrito I'd get again. The pancakes were good. They were sweet enough that you don't need to use much syrup but were more on the dense side than fluffy if I had to nitpick. I feel like they were a good value given their size and price, so that's a plus. If I stop back I would consider getting the pancakes again.

Then we were served the drinks by our regular server who then took our food order; 2 fried chicken dinner one with fries the other with mashed potatoes. The service, just a bit off, we did want another drink but our server didn't come back to check up on us after he dropped off our food. What happened to the best Jewish deli in our area? The lox tasted very fishy, like smoked fish. Unlike any lox I'd ever eaten. I asked for capers and regretted it; there were so many and with only the tiniest shmear of cream cheese, it was inedible. Too salty to be edible. The bagel was ok, but couldn't eat much of it. The chicken soup with mishmosh also disappointed. The lid was swimming in grease. I discarded it carefully. There was 1 matzo ball (ok), tons of noodles (meh) rice (ugh - underdone and inedible) and a kreplach ( I had to spit it out - filling was rancid and sour). The broth was tasteless and unseasoned. What happened to Benji's? So sad.

The soup was pipping hot and a nice rich blend of pumpkin and butternut squash. Notes of cinnamon and curry too. It met my craving needs!
