The chicken sandwich is ok. The competing equivalent Chik-Fil-A sandwich is better in every way - flavor, price, etc - except the bun. Extra good bun at Noble. The big problem was overall flavor, or rather a lack of it at Noble. Let me add this. I *think* their sandwich is a little bigger than CFA's, just by eyeball test. I didnt buy one of each sandwich and weigh them or anything :-). But I prefer better tasting over bigger. YMMV I'd rate the food a 2 but the service was outstanding, so a 3 overall. I bought a CincySaver for Noble Chicken because it's in close proximity to my home- People have been sleeping on this chicken joint- I ordered the BBP meal - Fried chicken, bacon jam, bourbon mayo, pimento cheese, lettuce, tomato- I ordered carry-out to take home- as you can see these photos are taken in the car- It never made it home- That bacon jam needs to be sold individually in your store- I would be your best customer- They were a bit light on the pimento abut it was still an amazing sandwich- temperature was perfect- Only ding was you were way too skimpy on fries- my waistline thanks you- but they were so good I could have used some more - read more

As a person who is always on the search for the best fried chicken sandwich, I came across Noble Chicken on a Thursday afternoon. I went with the 'The Noble' which is the basic fried chicken sandwich with pickles / lettuce / tomato. I asked for the Noble sauce on the side. Went with french fries. Was told the deep fried chicken is cooked to order so expect a 8 to 10 minute wait... which I was more that happy to do for I want my sandwich piping hot right out of the fryer. While waiting, I had time to read the menu board more in-depth. I asked the staff what ghost sticks are as well as hatch queso mac & cheese. I think these things should have basic descriptions printed on the menu so you know exactly what it is w/o having to ask. Also, it seems somebody owner-wise decided to have some odd / high flair sides. Personally- I would make a mac n cheese both ways ... one foofoo style and one basic. Some people do not care for your creative juices flowing to create some unique special thing. Anyways... Ten minutes went by & my order was ready. It came in a very high end bag with handles & the restaurant's name printed on it. In that bag was another small paper bag that held high end plastic ware / Heines catsup / good quality napkins & the side cup of Noble sauce. I remembered that I like a buffalo style sandwich so I asked for a side of that & the counter lady gladly got it for me. Below this bag was high quality container that held my chicken sandwich & fries. I point all this out because I knew that there was a lot of thought & money put into these things. Sure- a restaurant can go cheap by simply wrapping the sandwich up in wax paper and calling it a day but this place did not do that. Once that I made it out to my car, I found the container that held my sandwich & fries. Listen... everything was perfect! The bun was of high quality brioche style / nice thick pickle slices / fresh hot out of the fryer french fries but the best was the nice sized golden brown deep fried chicken breast sitting on the bun. I decided to pour both the Noble & buffalo sauces onto my sandwich. Great choice. Let me just say this... it turned out to be one of my top 3 fried chicken sandwiches ever.. and I have eaten quite a few! This location does not seem to care about providing good food. 4 times I've eaten here and only once did I get a decent sandwich, not great, just decent. The other 3 times were upsetting. The first time was opening weekend, my bun was so stale I could knock on it like an oak front door... the second time I had tough chicken with sturdy sinews tying it all together, and the 4th time we all agreed the chicken somhow tasted burnt. I REALLY wanted this place to succeed because honestly I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the noble chicken in jungle jims and this location is much closer, and they have online ordering, but unfortunately after 4 more-than-dissapointing experiences, I'd really rather keep driving past it to drive over to the one inside jungle jims. Kind of torn. Food wasn't bad, but the tenders were just a little too much on the greasy side for me. Definitely better than Canes. I like the selection of sides and sauces. My boss mentioned trying this place and I've been wanting to check it out for a bit too. Glad we went because we both really enjoyed it. Great service, excellent food, laid back atmosphere, and good prices too. We went for lunch on a Thursday and we kinda wanted to try a little of everything. The menu isn't huge but has a nice variety of chicken goodness from sandwiches to salads to wings and tenders. They have a good kids' menu too. We ordered tenders with hush puppies, wings with Parmesan fries, and a fiery southwest chicken sandwich (for me) with Nashville slaw. You order at the counter, they give you a number, then they bring it to you when it's all ready. We didn't wait long at all before it was all ready. My sandwich was legit one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a while. Had a nice spicy kick too. The wings were super juicy and went well with the ghost pepper ranch sauce. My boss enjoyed the tenders and hush puppies a lot. I could absolutely see going back again, of course, with my lady next time. read more

The tenders are unique, but do have almost a sweet waffle batter taste so that's not for everyone. What I'm shocked about is the kids mac and cheese is literally boxed mac reheated. Save your money. read more

The restaurant was bright and clean. Restroom was clean. Chicken strips were just decent. They definitely weren't "massive" as they claim in the "about" section of their website. The value was not very good: 2 fairly small tenders and a small handful of fries for $8.50 or 3 tenders and fries for $11. No drink is included. Same prices as Canes, however Canes gives you an extra tender (3 or 4), fries, a piece of Texas toast and a 22oz drink. I tried 4 different sauces and they were all pretty bad. The ranch tasted like a watered down food service grade dressing. The noble sauce tasted like the ranch with some maple syrup in it (it was terrible). The ghost pepper was the ranch with ghost peppers (it was very spicy but the flavor was not good). The barbecue sauce tasted like a cheap food service grade sauce. Overall a generous 2 out of 5. Picked up dinner here the other night, staff was friendly, my son loved his wings (he is picky), daughter and I loved our chicken sandwiches (the Noble). Without a doubt the worst take out of my life. Chicken was rubbery... like 30 seconds of chewing to attempt to swallow. Fries are basic freezer fries. Don't get me started on the hot fries which were just regular fries with flaming hot Cheeto dust sprinkled on it. Cheese fries? You got it cold Parmesan cheese shaken over regular fries. Our office ordered takeout from Noble's on 03/19/25. Quality and taste were fine, however, the inconsistencies in the size of the tenders between the purchased meals, was noticed. We're chalking that up to it being a new business (and lunchtime rush) and will try again in a few weeks. read more
