The young lady was very nice and the sandwich was ready on time. It was delicious. That hot pepper mix is the perfect amount of crunch and heat without losing the taste of the sandwich. Ordered online 5 sandwiches - 2 pbjs and 3 steak. Arrived to discover they had no peanut butter to make the pbjs for the 2 hungry kids in the car, offered us straight grape jelly sandwiches instead. We asked for a refund, they offered sandwich credits at first. As we were traveling and had already had a bad experience, we didn't want to return nor would we have the opportunity, we again asked for a refund. They said their GM was the only one who could issue refund and took our phone number for a phone call from them on Monday, which was never received btw. With tech today how could there not have been a text or phone call notifying us of the issue in advance? We drove literally next door to the Kroger's for the supplies we needed to make our own in the hotel room. Shelves of peanut butter in Kroger's and they couldnt send someone next door to purchase a jar, or at least call us to let us know there was a problem with our order...would give zero stars if I could!! read more

I love potbelly's for there salads. I visited this location while on vacation. It's located on the main strip in Harrisonburg with all the other eateries. It's on the outskirt of the shopping center with the Kroger and TJ Maxx. The first thing I noticed was that it had a drive through. I'm all about convenience so that was a plus for me. I ordered my usual farmhouse salad. The employee was very polite. He repeated my order including the ingredients of the salad to confirm I wanted everything included. I specifically told him I didn't want tomatoes. A few minutes later I was presented with a gorgeous salad. When I got back to the resort, I noticed it included the tomatoes. The receipt however did specify no tomatoes so I'm not going to deduct a star for that. The salad was fresh and a nice change from the regular fast food. I would definitely recommend potbelly's and would return the next time I'm in the area. read more

The salad portion was great for only being half but the sandwichs were subway quality and the Mac was not any better than out of a box. The milkshakes were ok, but something from Wendy's is about the same. Should have gone to chikfila. Hate to be a bad review but it was honest, kinda disappointed since its new to town. read more

Grilled Chicken sandwich and the Enchilada soup was a hit for me, and the sugar cookie of course. Good food and service for the win. The only thing I do not like is the tight parking. I decided to give this place a try and I have to say I was very disappointed. I know you are a sandwich shop but if you are going to also offer salads then they need to be awesome also. The lettuce was wilted and just the chopped up kind you get in a bag. YUCK. The other ingredients were also not fresh. The service left a lot to be desired, they were not very friendly and they sent us out the door with our salad and dressing in our hand. No bag, utensils, or napkins. I will not be going back. Went in after ordering online. For some reason they never received the order which happens no one has a perfect system. I intended on ordering since I was in the store. However I asked one of the employees how to fix my issue if they'd charged my debit card without receiving the order. All I got was a dead stare and he repeated himself "we didn't receive your order." Which didn't answer my question. At that point it was clear I wasn't going to get anywhere with the employees of this shop. Just another one of those generic, irresponsible franchises that lack atmosphere, with an unfriendly staff that work like lifeless robots. I ordered a Club sandwich for $6.50 and was charged $7.99. So I asked an employee to help me understand why, she told me it was an extra $1.50 for the bacon. The menu described the club sandwich as "turkey, bacon, lettuce" etc. So I asked "I ordered a club sandwich as described. Nothing special. So why the extra $1.50?" She handed me over to the manager, who acted like a robot and didn't seem to understand her role as a manager to solve problems, communicate with customers. When I asked her why I was charged an extra $1.50, she pointed to the menu board and alongside the calories was "$1.50" which she then connected to a note at the bottom of the sign that mentioned a charge for bacon. I didnt realize I had to bring a lawyer to explain the menu to me. I asked how anyone would know to look over there for an extra charge. She told me that is how the menu is listed throughout the country, so she can't change it. Total lack of customer service, she made no effort to make note of my concern or try to solve. With such lack of management, how can you trust that anything is done correctly there. read more
