The brisket BBQ sauce has a dark rich smoky flavor. The cole slaw is beyond perfection. Crunchy, fresh, and not over-saturated in dressing. A superb take-home and heat up meal. I put the pork and the brisket in a cast iron skillet with a pan as a lid and heated it in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees (always check your internal meat temperatures, of course).
