This is my first time trying a Potbelly sandwich. Went through drive through and the service was fast and friendly. Ordered the Wreck and spicy Italian to go, since we live 5 min away. By the time I got home I had sandwich seepage coming out of the bag and was not too happy with that. However the sandwiches had a good flavor, although the spicy pepper in the Italian was too much for my husband and that was a surprise since he likes spicy. 2 regular size sandwiches (no drinks nor sides) were I think a little over priced but I don't mind paying more if the end result is worth it. In my opinion, these were good filling sandwiches with good flavor. Comparing to other similar sand which shops, it may be a slight cut above some but not all. So yes good, but not great. The magic answer, yes I would come here again,.. but honestly only if I was driving by and in the mood, otherwise won't be going out of my way. But try for yourself, I can see where many would like the product. read more

There was some confusion with a local news article over a BOGO special and this location's Grand Opening. We were initially told we needed a coupon so we sat down outside to quickly see if we could find the coupon on our phone. When we couldn't find one, we decided to go elsewhere. As we headed across the parking lot, "James" chase us down and asked where we were going. We explained we didn't have a coupon and we're going somewhere else. "Forget it - you don't need one - come on in and I'll get it done". James was the best - made an excellent sandwich, offered to comp our drinks and even offered a cookie. He gained four new customers for Potbelly's and we will gladly return. And I'm not sure that would have been the case had he not got that done. Somebody needs to promote this guy - between the sandwich and his attitude - this location will do very very well! read more

Another great place for sandwiches. Stopped in for lunch and was greeted right away. After a minute of looking over the menu I decided on the sandwich called the wreck and she had the chicken club. She had an attitude with not just me but every customer that came in after me. She was prob having a bad day. Now in terms of the food. It was okay. The sandwich itself was solid. This is my second time at a Potbelly. My first visit was in Ft. Myers and it was outstanding. Today I decided to give my local Potbelly a try. I really built it up for my family as I told them what excellent service I had previously received, and what delicious sandwiches were in store. I was greeted by a friendly and patient young man with his hair pulled back in a ponytail. I only wish I had gotten his name. As I slid down the counter to my right, I entered another land. The two other employees who "greeted" me couldn't have been any less enthusiastic about their roles. They didn't say anything to me for quite some time. As my sandwiches sat on the end of the conveyor belt, they seemed to be in absolutely no rush to complete my order. It seemed to have taken far too long to assemble, wrap, and cash me out. To top off the exchange, the lady handed me a bag, as if to say "here's where you put your sandwiches." I took the hint and bagged everything myself. The sandwiches were good, but I left the store with a bad taste in my mouth. I might stop at another location in the future, but it's a shame that my neighborhood Potbelly won't be on my list any time soon. read more

This place definitely exceeded my expectations. I met my husband on a Thursday afternoon for lunch around noon and it was fairly busy but still generally quiet. The service was fast and friendly,it was very easy to pick out what we wanted having it been our first time. All the employees were friendly and the place was clean. I did not visit the restrooms but my husband said they were clean. I will definitely give this place a try again. These Zappa Hotter N Hot Jalapeño chips are yummy! read more

This is now the 2nd time. Why have a pickup time if you expect customers to wait an extra hour for their order. If it is a busy time, do not offer a designated time, or be ready to handle busy times. If a customer comes in, then have the in house person make the sandwich instead of the online order que. It is the same business. It is ridiculous for a walk in customer to be able to get their sandwich and walk out while online customers are expected to wait an extra hour for their order rather than have it made on the spot and cancel or check off the online order when the que comes around for it. My wife had a 5 yr old & 2 yr old with her waiting an hour for an order placed beforehand. Can someone please fix this broke system? read more

I tried this new sandwich shop on their opening day and the line was long but I was too lazy to go inside so I waited in my car and proceeded with drive thru. I wasn't upset at all about the wait because it was their first day and many others were also waiting to try. To my surprise they gave me my order FREE and apologized for the wait! Wow I literally ordered 3 sandwich combo meals and the broccoli cheddar soup! It was amazing and the service was incredible. I'll be back regularly (even when I have to pay ) read more

My family and I decided to try this new addition to Riverview. I had it one time in an airport and figured it was pricey as airport food is. The place looked cool when we entered. The idea seems like someone wanted to put a twist on Quiznos with less options. The menu had some limitations. It was highly confusing where to order kids meals at or shakes when cashier was asked at the end the responses given were snarky as if we missed the right place and were almost out of luck even though nobody was in line behind us. We ordered 3 Skinny sandwiches which are the smallest. Made 2 a meal to include drink and chips. 2 shakes which only come in one size. One kids meal. Total was almost $50. More than my family spends at Texas Roadhouse which seems absurd for a sandwich place. The over price and customer service wont have us back. Especially since the same parking lot hosts Texas Roadhouse and Bubba's 33 and soon Five Guys. read more

I have driven by this place waiting for it to open. Finally heard it was open and stopped by. The drive through menu is very easy to follow. I ordered the Mama's Meatball. I ordered the original out of the 3 sizes available. Huge pictures of shakes and the cold brew shake. So couldn't help myself and ordered one. I hear sorry we dont have any ice cream. Already, out of product? Strike one. Get to the window pay. No receipt, no napkins. The sandwich was tasty but nothing special. Best way to describe it is a fancier Subway. I would like to try the shake so maybe a different sandwich will be more impressive. Unless they are out of ice cream again. That would be the last visit. read more

By the time I got to the machine to order, I sat for a couple minutes and never heard anything , no "one second I'll be right with you" just crickets. I was very excited that a potbellys finally opened closer to Brandon. My family has always been obsessed with it and we would only get it when we traveled.
