Two weeks before I completed the program an employee congratulated me that I had already qualified for graduation and should feel very happy with my results. With one week left a different employee told me I was not on track to qualify for graduation and was given wrong information the week prior. On the last day the original girl who mislead me downplayed the importance of graduating. Asking me over and over why I "needed" their validation. Without qualifying for graduation I wasn't eligible for the lifetime free maintenance program. Validation had nothing to do with it...value for my time, efforts and money was the motivation. With a general knowledge through basic research one can obtain the same results for a small fraction of the costs while avoiding the memorized counseling script that the employees repeat week after week.

I had a DEXA scan and an RMR (resting metabolic rate) test done. Both were super insightful for the benefit of my health. I recommend both tests! Joel and Tiffany both helped me. They are the owners and they are very kind, compassionate, and detail oriented. They really care about the customers that come through the door. Tiffany took time to sit down with me individually and carefully explain the testing results and answer all of my questions. They also have an app that has the reports and such on it as well for your reference. The space is medium sized and is very easy to get around in and go from test to test if you are doing multiple tests. It's a very clean and well laid out space.
