Small coffee shop in Jurupa Valley, worth visiting! Definitely very stop & go coffee shop, as there are no tables/seatings. Small shopping center as well, it got busy on Saturday so we were waiting for spots to open up. The coffee itself was good! I found that mine was a little too sweet, where I like more of a coffee flavor. I got the Mazapan Latte with oat milk, Mazapan foam, and dulce de leche drizzle. Could've done without the foam, as it was super thin and watery. As well we got a tres leche latte with oat milk, and regular cold foam/dulce de leche foam. This one was much better, no as sweet. Pothead Café is such a great spot in Jurupa Valley! They have a very large menu with plenty of drink options, including seasonal specials. I tried the Caramelized Banana Latte, and it was absolutely delicious full of banana flavor that didn't taste artificial. They also offer a lot of food options, which is great if you're looking for a quick breakfast or lunch along with your coffee. The inside is on the smaller side, so it feels more like a grab-and-go spot rather than a place to hang out for a long time. The woman in the front was very helpful and friendly, making the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be back to try more items from their menu! read more

We were really excited to try this place out and heard great things. I had ordered the tres leches latte and my sister ordered a strawberry matcha. The latte was mid, honestly just tasted like a super sweet latte. The matcha was better but nothing special. What really stood out was service. We were greeted when we came in but when we asked about the menu the girl didn't seem to help or suggest anything after we told her it was our first time. When we did finally decide on something the friendly manner went away quickly and it became a rush to place our order even though there was just one other couple there who already placed their order. To top it off, the red head girl making our drinks looked like she hated her job and everyone there. There's about 4 more small rows towards the recycling area towards the back, though. Super friendly staff. Ordered the Infinity Gauntlet. She let me know it is served black. And she figured through my hesitation that I was not 100% sold on that, so she offered to sweeten it up for me. I let her know to make it how she would like it. Girllllll! It was delicious. I 100% fail the street cred needed for this place based on the name alone, and service doesn't give you the warm fuzzies, but I will return when the arroz con leche does. The strawberry syrup overpowered the matcha taste, but that syrup is definitely high quality and in house made bc the explosion of flavors (including cinnamon) was definitely there. The color is as rich as the homemade strawberry cheong I've had (takes a week or two to prep with dairy stirrings), so the strawberries were also likely very good quality and prepared with a lot of care. I can see how the syrups can pair well with coffee giving it a more complex flavor especially if you're used to cafe de olla which has a lot of flavor. I did find it to be a bit too sweet for me, but I've been eating a lot of unsweetened things the last few months. I think I may be able to adjust the amount of syrup used next time, or just make sure it has tons of ice. Overall, definitely worth trying. Parking: There is a small parking lot, but despite that it wasn't hard to find a spot. I would just caution you against going against traffic; I didn't realize I entered via the exit until I noticed I was facing the wrong way to park at the angle required and noticed the arrows pointing the other way. Payment: Cards are accepted Service: My drink was done right away, so that was a big plus for me. I would just warn you against expecting warm and fuzzy style service. Service is professional, but definitely no nonsense. Ordering Tips: I showed up pretty clueless. I recommend reviewing the menu beforehand if possible, but I admit I tried that and wasn't successful. From speaking with staff (maybe the owner), menu changes often based on season. I had a hard time finding a recent one known, so I went in just knowing I wanted a matcha. Just to note, there are three sizes with mine being the smallest (about 16 oz). There are multiple foam options (these aren't the cream based ones seen at boba places), and I think you may be able to adjust syrup. The back of my cup indicated 2 pumps, so I think sweetness may be adjusted this way as well. This was a local spot near my friend's place. She loves it so much she goes multiple times a week, so I definitely wanted to try it. She also mentioned it's Latina owned, so I definitely want to support this business and hope it continues to grow. read more

Read the reviews online and decided to try the coffee myself as I was craving some pumpkin drinks. They have such a huge and awesome selection of drinks, ranging from flavorful drinks to really strong intense profiles as well. The people were really nice and the drinks came out quickly. I was able to customize my drinks exactly the way I wanted it and still felt the coffee was pretty strong without the pumpkin foam being too sweet. Great non dairy options as well. read more

Long overdue review but their drinks never misses! They have so many options and we always try something new and have yet to be disappointed. This place has become our favorite and we make sure to stop every time we're in the area! My boyfriend loves the Cinnatoast. I've tried something off their seasonal menus and all were so good! Came here while traveling down south to visit family. We definitely came into the parking lot the wrong way so when y'all go remember that the first driveway in an entrance and the second driveway is an exit! We came twice during our trip and ordered Tres Leches, Cafe de Olla, and the abuelita. All of them were fire!! We for sure added them to our bookmarks to come back every time we visit. I had seen this spot all over local social media pages recently and, being the coffee lover that I am, I had to go check it out. I definitely needed to use my GPS to find the location. It's in a very small shopping center between some garden type centers in Juropa Valley. I had also expected it to be a little bigger inside, and surprised to not have seating inside, and only a bench and table outside. Don't let the size or location fool you though, their coffee is legit. I got a strawberry tiramisu iced latte and I wish it was closer to my house so I could get it regularly. **First I would like to say the coffee is just OK maybe a solid 6/10 nothing that Dutch can't make***This is my 3rd and last time here. I would come in when they barely opened and the lady (I believe owner) is extremely rude. The last few times I let it slide because it was when she had just opened so I thought maybe she was under stress but no I came back today after a few years and her nasty attitude is worse. She doesn't even greet you and when I asked for recommendations she said "right behind you" and when I was walking out they didn't even say thank you or bye, have a nice day. I've worked customer service for 10+ years and this is not how you want to treat people especially when you are the owner AND you even opened a go fund me to be able to open your business. The drinks are more on the sweeter side but you can make some adjustments if you want a little more of the coffee flavor to come through. I ordered one of their Ragers as they call them and that was the Nutty Chai. Now this iced twenty four ounce behemoth came with peanut butter and honey chai and six shots! We stopped by this Cute little coffee shop, before driving 4 hours back to Nevada! I Loved that they had different flavors, and the expresso was delicious! Here I asked for the horchata latte with lactose free which they did say it would make my coffee really sweet, which I normally like it sweet. Well it was ridiculously sweet! I was happy to see this new spot in this small town Spot is small but has potential One of the girls was nice but the other one came out and had a bit of an attitude. coffee was pretty bland in taste and when I asked about their brew it seemed like they didn't know much or weren't happy or excited about it. Ordered the Iced Brown Butter Chai Late with Almond Milk (for the lactose girlies, iykyk). I originally came here for my all time favorite, Iced Arroz Con Leche with Almond Milk, but they were all out by 2pm. Although I was feeling down about it since that was what I was craving after my 2 hour workout, Pothead Cafe had many over options to choose from. From a quick glance, the next thing that caught my eye was the Iced Brown Butter Chai Late, and let me tell you it didn't disappoint.
