She obtained all of the necessary tickets for every attraction so we didn't have to worry about anything. She also partnered with a UK travel agency who checked in with us every day to see how our trip was going and reminded us of the next day events. My mom needs to change her return flight to a later date because she's staying in Vietnam longer. The travel agent is being extremely uncooperative and told us to contact the airline when we've already did and they said to contact the travel agent. The airline said thay because the tickets were booked through a travel agent that we have to contact them to make changes (which honestly makes sense as that's generally the protocol for any third party booking). Travel agent is being lazy and telling us a bunch of lies. The ticketing receipt even says changes are available. Just take a look at the rest of the reviews - this place needs to go out of business. Don't book here, save your money and book directly with the airline. It's also much cheaper. UPDATE: Had a very frustrating call with the owner/travel agent and he still claims that he cannot make changes to the flight WHEN THE AIRLINE SAID THAT HE SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CHANGES. I was on hold with the airline for hours. They told me that because the ticket was booked via third party/travel agent that they need to make the changes. Travel agent claims that he's not able to make the changes. All tickets regardless if it's a non-refundable fare allows for changes, subject to change fees and the difference of the new ticket which we are aware of. We're not asking for a refund, just a simple date change for the returning flight and for some reason, this travel agent claims he cannot do it because it's a liar and scammer. He's unethical and simply a terrible travel agent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What Geri really blew me away with is how she created a whole website for my group to do our booking through. It was extremely detailed and thorough. Any questions I may have thought of, she already had answered on the webpage. There were pictures and everything and it actually made me so much more excited for my trip. She was also always available for me when I needed to contact her and she was just so accommodating! The R.N. carefully went through each of our medical histories to determine what was recommended. She provided a list of suggested vaccines and an estimate of the costs. We were also provided a very detailed folder of information about each of the vaccines, health issues that can arise while traveling, etc. I strongly recommend obtaining any travel related medication(s) and routine vaccines from your doctor or pharmacy. Medications are considerably marked up here. Note: There currently is a shortage of yellow fever vaccines and this is one of the few places that has it. Also note: You receive a $10 discount if you provide your medical history online in advance of your appointment.
