His excuse was that we booked too soon he needed much more time in advance. By this time we are looking at our trip to be roughly $10,000 for flying coach too, not even business class. Extremely livid at this point! Well, on the touring company "Charming Holidays" website and the brochure he handed me and my wife it clearly is written they leave every Mon, Thurs, Sat. Furthermore, this is not what he initially informed us. If this is the case then why did you quoted us the prices and worked out the whole flying schedule and touring package, and the price with us? Be warned: Vi, his business style is to pressure you into giving him your passports so he can save your spot immediately and then he will charge you a lot more once he knows you are interested. As for doing the Visa you can do it yourself online. Don't let him scare you by saying it is very hard to do it yourself and there are frauds online. Make sure you go to the government website and save yourself $200 per person in comparison to what he charges you (which is outrageous). He has no people skills what so ever...always trying to rush you on the phone and hang up when the conversation has not ended. He will try to convince you to travel to somewhere else instead of the country you wanted to go to. This place deserve a "zero" star not even 1 star review.
