Cool Photo Booth center, multiple options. Valet parking only. Tons of cute props!! 10/10

There wasn't anyone operating the photobooths but it was clean and well-maintained. There were 3 normal 4-cut Korean photobooths and 2 high angle photobooths. The pictures came out so cute and the props were very entertaining to use as well. While it was a bit pricey at $12 per 2 strips, it is a cute souvenir to have. The cameras take good quality photos and have great lighting unlike most American photobooths.

This place is a go-to for my friends and I when we're in the area. There's usually a few people in here but we've never had to wait. There's multiple rooms with different colored walls and the last room has a camera at the top of the wall for high angle shots. You take about 8 photos and then get to choose your favorites, and they also send you digital photos/videos to your email. One time we got lucky and the owner/worker was there & offered us a round of photos on the house. There was 5 of us and it was really nice of her to give us a each a free print :) Aside from the photobooths, they have claw machines & a table to draw on your photos, as well as protective sleeves.

I love that they have 2 different high angles and 3 different color backgrounds--purple, blue and pink. Summer was also very nice and I saw her making sure that everything was sanitized every time they were used or at least as much as she can cuz it does get busy sometimes. It is a pit pricey.. $12 for 2 photos, but it comes with a digital copy (both photo and video)

Cute photos! Rlly love this place and would totally recommend.

Love our photos! Small tip: know your poses before you start! The pictures are taken very quick so be prepared!

Walked in and was immediately excited! Only street parking is available unless you pay for parking in lot. They have different photo booths with many props to choose from. 10 out of 10. Fun experience overall minus the parking lol

Great last minute end of date place. I'd come back any day of the week! Love it! Can't wait to do it again

The self service Photo Booth options are really cool. I went with a big group of people and we managed to fit 12 of us in a booth! I love that they have props to use and when you get your picture they also give you video clips of the seconds before each pic was taken. It makes for a fun memory!

So much fun! Easy-to-use and navigate the photobooth machines. Lots of props and headbands for photos. We especially loved the plushies! I do wonder how often these items are cleaned though... There are about 4 booths total inside, but luckily we didn't have to wait to use one on a Friday afternoon! We were in and out of the shop very quickly. Total was $10 for 2 copies or $18 for 4 copies. They also provide sleaves to protect your photos. Not bad!

This is in a plaza across the street from Oakobing (NOT the MaDang/HMart location). There are some parking spots in the plaza itself but if Dan Sung Sa is busy then you're out of luck. So in with the expectation that you might have to do street parking or pay for a garage. I paid $14 for 4 sheets with 6 photos. You'll get to choose how many photos you want per sheet and which frame but it'll be the same for every print. This is more of a 'typical' photobooth style where the props are the star rather than stickers such as purikura. You can choose ANY of the props that you see in the store - and boy do they have TONS. There was no employees that were on the floor but there's cameras everywhere. I'm pretty sure they're in the back watching the shenanigans that happen but also giving groups the privacy to do so. Here's my tips for bigger groups: decide on poses and/or props beforehand, share/rotate props rather than trying to have different ones in each photo, BE QUICK, and lastly embrace the chaos! There's also a little decorating station at the front if you wanted to draw on it. And there's a small album if you wanted to leave a copy to share.

I just need 2 copies made from an original photo. Thats all. Color Images replies saying it was $5 and can be done while I wait. I replied to confirm and they said it was easy and to come on down. So I send my husband in the following day to drop off the picture. After dropping it off he calls me back and tells me how rude the guy at the counter was to him and just how complicated he made a simple task seem. He said the guy acted like it was just a huge inconvenience, asking several questions for what should be simple and self explanatory and complaining that they normally do larger jobs , blah blah blah. At the end of the day I hadn't heard back from them as promised to let me know it was ready. I was already on a time crunch, because I intended this picture as a gift to someone who was visiting so I stopped by to see if it was finished (4pm, drop off was 9am) and the guy said "Oh, I forgot, let me warm up the machine". About 10 min later I have the copies. Now remember, I specifically asked for a color print of a glossy photo and they specifically responded that they can provide this. What I got was AWFUL. It was a morphed, discolored, paper copy. Common sense dictates that if someone asks for a copy of a glossy photo then theyd get a glossy photo in return. Its was so terrible. I think he even tried to balance the color, which made it worse...... The original photo was taken is soft lighting but it came out like it was red..... I dont even know how to explain it other than it was absolute garbage. Like I said, maybe they do good work on large print jobs but this place had no business reaching out to me when I was specific about what I was looking for AND the guy who is at the service desk is rude and unprofessional. I dont care about the measly $5. I care that my time was wasted and that both my husband and I were treated poorly. Oh, and I had to ask for my card back because he didnt return it at the end of the task and yes, he forgot because he sent me on my way before giving it back. I drove straight to CVS and printed out a perfect glossy duplicate for under $1.00, self service, took 3 minutes, the picture wasnt damaged or bent like I had feared which is why I did not go in the first place and no drama.

I visited the store in a happy and positive mood because I wanted to order Mother's Day balloons for my family. Yesterday, while returning an Amazon package, I noticed rose-shaped balloons and decided to come back this morning to purchase them. At the front desk, I approached an employee named Ken -- a heavy-set man with curly permed hair -- because I believed he worked in the balloon section and could assist me. When I politely asked about ordering the rose balloons, his response was shockingly dismissive: "What? You look for it yourself. If it's not there, then we don't have it. Just look at the balloon pictures over there and pick one." I then pointed to a silver Mother's Day heart balloon on display and asked where it was located. His response again was: "I don't know. Just buy whatever is there." The tone was irritated, careless, and openly disrespectful. At that moment, I put all the balloons down and asked for his name. He simply replied, "Ken." What upset me most was not just the lack of assistance, but the complete absence of basic courtesy and professionalism. I truly do not understand why someone who appears so irritated by customer questions would choose to work in customer service -- especially in a department specifically selling celebration balloons for occasions like Mother's Day. If customers asking questions is such a burden, then why sell balloons at all? Why not clearly label the products and information instead of treating customers as an inconvenience? This experience completely ruined my morning and destroyed the joyful mood I had walking into your store to prepare something meaningful for Mother's Day. Honestly, experiences like this are what make people feel that AI and self-service machines are becoming preferable to human employees. At least machines do not make customers feel unwelcome for simply asking a question. I strongly urge management and corporate leadership to address this employee's behavior seriously and improve customer service standards at this location. No customer should be spoken to this way for simply asking for help. I would appreciate a response regarding how this issue will be addressed.
