So after I went in I must have called them like 10 times to make my first appointment and they said that my insurance needed another X-ray so I did the second one. Then I call and they say the same thing again that my insurance needed another one so I did the 3rd X-rays. So I call back and they say my insurance was not processing my claim. So I call the insurance company and they say it was never submitted. Long story short my insurance called them on a 3 way call to tell them they never sent it to them: It's like they didn't the most basic job to get the claim. So not sure what was going on. It's like they didn't want to do the job. But of course they got paid for 3 X-rays from my insurance. Then about 6 months ago I had a filling and the dentist at the time looked young and possibly Asian. She numbed my mouth and left me in a room for 1 hr! Then I noticed on of my teeth on my lower jaw was crooked. I'm sure it was that dentist being rougher and I couldn't feel it happen! Please avoid this place!!

They told me they would be done next-day, and that they would call me to let me know when they were made, but I did not once get a call. I had to keep calling over and over just for them to tell me they weren't finished. Once I finally got the retainer, it was too big. They told me to run it under hot water to shrink it. I spoke to 2 different orthodontist's about this statement and they both made the most confused face whenever I told them that was said. You are absolutely NOT supposed to run your retainer under hot water due to it possibly warping since it's plastic. Following these instructions ruined my retainer and now it hurts to even have on. Their follow-up care for patients after they have their braces removed is horrid. No follow up appointment, terrible wait time for retainers, retainers made poorly, etc. I went ahead and got my retainer somewhere else and they did it within one day and it fits perfectly. Also, if you have an appointment scheduled be prepared to wait for an hour PAST that appointment time. Ortho experience is 0/10 here and I am happy to never step foot in this office again.

I also attached a picture with my teeth before my first set of braces with Dr. Brandon. He corrected one k9 but failed to correct #11. Failed to correct second time. I've had braces done twice with Dr. Brandon to correct my teeth. Fast forward to now, my tooth (#11) still does NOT align with the rest of my teeth properly. I've since been seen by two other doctors who both refused to do any composite bonding or additional work because they stated this issue should have been corrected during the time I had braces/ he needs to be the one to correct the issue. Especially after going through treatment twice with Dr. Brandon. On May 20th, I went in for an evaluation and X-rays. Instead of taking accountability or offering to correct the issue, Dr. Brandon referred me out. I spoke with one of the locations I was referred to, explained my situation and they stated Dr. Brandon should be the one correcting this since it should have been addressed during my original treatments and they feel he's brushing me off. Very disappointing experience after spending years trusting him with my teeth. On top of all this speaking with Maricela Macumba was frustrating. She is rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills. It's honestly embarrassing that Dr. Brandon has someone like this representing his office and handling patients. i requested a bridge on the top right. so i went in to get my bridge and he was going to do it on…read morethe bottom left i said wait i requested the top right, he said his secretary made a mistake and put bottom left. i told him well just move the money to the other side of the mouth. he said he couldnt do that, it was unauthorized. so i told him well lets just not do it. he said you know its december of 2024 he said "if i dont do it now i lose the money" so i told him to go ahead and proceed. my part for the bridge was over $400.00. so then i called weeks later ,i told him that the bridge was shoving food up into my missing tooth on my upper left. and it was very tender. so he recommended a bridge on the top left. and he was gonna give me a special discount of $1300.00. so this was gonna be $1700.00 and this still wasn't the top right bridge what i orignially wanted. i moved to the opposite side of town and continued to go see him because i thought he was a great dentist. it's unfortunate his secretary made a mistake and i still dont have the bridge that i orgininally wanted. over $1700.00 later now i have a new dentist that is much closer to the house. i still think he's a great dentist his supporting staff is not as good as he is. i literally put my finger in my mouth on the top right and his secretary wrote bottom left there was a breakdown somewhere between me and his secretary ordering the bridge authorization.

While I received them, he seemed to have a hard time getting the compound to stay. It also seems he missed a broken tooth, because he recommended a get it filled also, but when the compound broke off and I went in to get it replaced, he said the tooth was actually broken in half and needed additional work. I have since started seeing a new dentist, who found the weak fillings and replaced them for me, and I've had no problems so far.
