When I walked in everything was fine but once I got to the back to get my x-rays done they asked if anything was hurting I let them know My wisdom teeth were freshly coming in and hurt I even asked if they can do the x-ray slow and gentle since my back teeth were sensitive. The lady doing my x-rays did not care nor listen to what I had just said and decided to jam the machine right onto my wisdom I told her to stop and that it hurt but continued to do the same. Because of that ALLLL 4 of my wisdoms swelled up and began to bleed. she claimed she couldn't get the back teeth on the x-ray because my wisdoms were in the way. we were there for a good hour just doing every type of x-ray. once the doctor finally came in he told her to stop because the x-rays looks fine to him but she insisted it didn't look right and still continued to hit my wisdoms. Once all that was over the dentist looked into my mouth saw my wisdoms were in very bad condition and just told me that He couldn't touch or do anything to them because of how badly they were I explained what had just happened and gave me a petty sorry and ended my appointment and Still decided to charge me. So after I went in I must have called them like 10 times to make my first appointment and they said that my insurance needed another X-ray so I did the second one. Then I call and they say the same thing again that my insurance needed another one so I did the 3rd X-rays. So I call back and they say my insurance was not processing my claim. So I call the insurance company and they say it was never submitted. Long story short my insurance called them on a 3 way call to tell them they never sent it to them: It's like they didn't the most basic job to get the claim. So not sure what was going on. It's like they didn't want to do the job. But of course they got paid for 3 X-rays from my insurance. Then about 6 months ago I had a filling and the dentist at the time looked young and possibly Asian. She numbed my mouth and left me in a room for 1 hr! Then I noticed on of my teeth on my lower jaw was crooked. I'm sure it was that dentist being rougher and I couldn't feel it happen! Please avoid this place!!

Would not recommend this office. I had to wait a week for my retainers to be made after having my…read morebraces removed, which in that time my gap started to come back. They told me they would be done next-day, and that they would call me to let me know when they were made, but I did not once get a call. I had to keep calling over and over just for them to tell me they weren't finished. Once I finally got the retainer, it was too big. They told me to run it under hot water to shrink it. I spoke to 2 different orthodontist's about this statement and they both made the most confused face whenever I told them that was said. You are absolutely NOT supposed to run your retainer under hot water due to it possibly warping since it's plastic. Following these instructions ruined my retainer and now it hurts to even have on. Their follow-up care for patients after they have their braces removed is horrid. No follow up appointment, terrible wait time for retainers, retainers made poorly, etc. I went ahead and got my retainer somewhere else and they did it within one day and it fits perfectly. Also, if you have an appointment scheduled be prepared to wait for an hour PAST that appointment time. Ortho experience is 0/10 here and I am happy to never step foot in this office again.
