When your pets are as important to you as your children are (well, almost) and when you are empty-nesters and have the ability to pick up and go, leaving your furry family members on the other side of an ocean for 12 days, it can be a little troubling (well, a lot). When my husband hit me with a "let's go to Portugal in a couple days" idea (we work for an airline and can do stuff like that) I had a sinking spell, because my usual and trusted, dog sitting next door neighbor was also out of town, so the only thing from keeping me from sunny beaches and great wine in Portugal, was the thought of leaving our dogs in a kennel somewhere for that long!!! When I called Tricia at Potty Central, she was literally at my house within a few hours for the "meet and greet" with my snarly chihuahua JakeFromStateFarm and his sidekick Lilly, our 'senior' pug. I was instantly put at ease by Tricia's uncanny ability to calm Jake down (like no one else has yet to be able to do in his 3 years of life) and her sweet gentleness with Miss Lillian. As professional and thorough as she was, Tricia was also SO loving, and patient and FUN with our pets, and that was just what we were hoping for ! We were able to have a lovely and relaxing vacation, knowing that the girls from Potty Central were in charge! We NEVER had a minute of angst or worry about our pets well being while we were gone ... in large part, due to the daily text reports and hilarious photos Tricia would send us of her romping with our dogs ... sometimes, several in one day! Our entire interaction with Potty Central from start to finish was tremendous and on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give this company a "500"! The billing/payment process was efficient and easy and their prices/fees were much less than if we'd boarded the dogs at our Vet ... and the TLC they received (while being comfy in their own home) was even better, yet! We could not have been more pleased with Potty Central during a recent vacation. It's one thing to HOPE your pet is being taken care of, but quite something else to KNOW that they are. We used to worry about our Dexter when putting him in a kennel...hoping and wishing he was being treated like he would at home...but we never knew for sure. With Tricia and her team, we knew for sure Dexter was in loving hands. Getting notifications when they arrive, pictures of them playing ball in the back yard, eating his food, and just hanging out made us feel very secure in leaving Dexter at home. He even got some extra time during a thunderstorm (he hates thunder!) to calm him down. Not to mention the extra customer service of grabbing the mail, packages on the porch, and even bringing up our trash cans. My wife and I have two sweet pups that are getting older and require a little more attention than we feel comfortable asking are neighbors for. We had never boarded them before and didn't want to start. We've used Potty Central four times now and Tricia is outstanding! She has the warmest personality and is just wonderful to our dogs. They absolutely love her and that makes us feel really comfortable being gone. Each day Tricia sends us pictures and videos of her playing with our pups. She even has a app on her phone that she uses to create fun and silly pictures. While we were at the beach she sent us a portrait of our dogs on a sand castle. Tricia has been a blessing to us. I have used Potty Central many times for the daily dog walking service. My dogs aren't the kind of dogs that do well in a social setting and they prefer to stay in the comforts of their own home. I work long hours and Potty Central has been fantastic about working with my schedule. I have a reoccurring dog walk visit M-F but there are times that I have to arrange a last minute nightly walk. They have been great about being available at a moments notice when a late work night happens. You can tell that the staff enjoy the animals as much as my pets love them coming! I recently started using Tricia at Potty Central after adding two new puppies to our family. I have two teenagers and a husband who travels and quickly realized some days I could not be home to let them out as much as their little bladders needed plus their abundant energy. Tricia has been great! Not only has she walked them, but she sends me pictures of them playing and has even taken them to the groomer for me when an unexpected meeting arose! We got a new puppy at the end of the year. As I travel on business a lot and my wife works as well, we needed someone to come in and walk and play with our fur baby when I'm out of town. Tricia has been utterly fantastic. She is extremely reliable, uses a professional scheduling app, and. leaves detailed notes about her time with our puppy ( as well as photos after each and every visit). I can't say enough how much I love the staff and excellent pet care from Potty Central!! They love my dogs and cats as much as I do and I never have a single worry or concern when I am gone. They have taken the time and care to know each of my animal's (3 dogs and 2 cats) personalities and give them all the individual attention they need.
