Michael is a vastly experienced dog trainer, what is exceptional he immediately accessed our pup and accurately pinpointed the behavioral problem, and devised a game plan. The reason behind this, Michael is also a breeder who specializes in large breed dogs and is quite knowledgeable with AKC and bloodlines. His approach to training is unconventional in the sense yes focuses on the basic commands but goes beyond he wants to address concerns inside and outside the house issues. Dillon answered and provided me with really good information and making sure that the filter is soaked and that The water is filled up to the top to ensure that the water can cycle through. He was very informative about other options for the aquarium as well and made sure to let me know that even after setting up the Aquarium with the water conditioner and letting it run for 24 hours, the fish tank is not yet ready for fish. Warning: I was surprised to hear this because I've seen a lot of videos online claiming that you can just add an introduced fish after the 24 hours, but he said that there is a chance that they will not survive because the ecosystem hasn't been built up and the bacteria, hasn't been introduced long enough. I'm glad I spoke to him because he said that I would need to wait a couple of weeks get the water tested to make sure that the ammonia levels and the bacteria are within the right range to support the fish. I share this information in case anybody is also looking at aquariums and to safeguard them from prematurely buying fish only to see some of them die as a result of inadequate aquarium conditions. Dillon was so friendly and I'm thankful for all his help. He gave me a lot of good pointers. I would have definitely made some mistakes if I hadn't spoken to him. Some of the other things he mentioned were the importance of having a heater. He did not recommend the need for a an air pump because the filter should just do its job. And he also mentioned that you'd want to buy a product called stability which helps kickstart the bacteria development. he mentioned feeding the tank as if there were fish present daily. I found this really interesting, but he said that this was an important step as well to get the tank ready for fish to enter.

He took the time to understand the different need for both dogs and made improvements that day. Chunk was awful on the leash and would chase anything that moved. His training was fear based and did not help with either problem. A year later my large dog started attacking my smaller dog. Reached out to Mike, He came by and had me buy a muzzle from him and told me to keep it on her. No plan other than that. We had a facetime call a week later. Still no plan. A week later when muzzle was removed, she attacked my smaller dog and seriously injured him. Tried to contact Mike and he ghosted me stating he didn't know me. I had to put my large dog down and the injuries to my small dog was over $3,000. I contacted the Bark Buster's corporate office and they responded with an apology. I asked for a refund since I felt like the training was an epic fail. I used all of their ridiculous BAH... techniques and it was a bust. They also ghosted me.....DO NOT USE THEM! There is no lifetime service or anything else.
