This place is horrible. Do not waste your money on their $2000 inspection that they recommend when you buy the RV. Take the RV as is and go elsewhere. We bought our RV back in June, it was used, but it was in pretty good shape. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They broke one of the parts on our RV and told us they ordered the part, we called back multiple times and they told us the part was coming without even bothering to check, we have not heard anything in months.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We took our RV to a reputable RV shop and they told us multiple seals needed to be replaced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We agreed to place our camping trailer for sale at their store. They do not do consignment apparently, but will instead choose a price that will be given to the seller when the trailer sells. Meanwhile, they will list the trailer at whatever price they choose. We agreed to this, even agreed with they low-balled our portion by about $3000 less than what we felt the value of the trailer was. They then took the trailer to their lot, and listed it at what we believe was about $6000 over what the actual value was. Obviously, it didn't sell for the 90 days it was listed. When we asked for the trailer back, they agreed as the contract had expired. At that point, without us knowing, they had previously towed the trailer to another location, about 40 miles further away. After getting the trailer back home, we noticed that it had been stripped of the regular sized queen mattress that we had in it, and was replaced with a thin cheap foam RV mattress. Also, straps that secured items were totally missing. Then, yup, they even took the 3 rolls of toilet paper which was in the bathroom cupboard! Wow- that's low. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We asked our rep if he knew who took the mattress as we would like to have it back. Apparently, it is long gone somewhere[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. We did not expect our trailer to be pillaged during the time they had it, nor the price to be listed so much higher than the actual value that it would not sell. read more

We now have bought two RVs from Paulsbo RV in Mount Vernon. The first was a 2015 Roadtrek CS Adventurous which wound up having an issue with getting the lights and braking system working on our Jeep Wrangler we wanted to tow. The problem was in no way associated with Paulsbo RV, and they went out of their way to try and fix the problem. The problem was with the Mercedes chassis. We loved the Roadtrek otherwise. Needing to tow our Jeep, we traded in the Roadtrek on a 2024 isata 3 Series 24' Class C Motorhome. The hookup to the Jeep was seamless, and all is well. So disappointed.. 2,600 to fix my black tank valve my slide outs and when I got home not only did the black valve not work it had a slight leak so when I opened up my 4-in pipe to connect my dump hose about 5 gallons of peef and poop was stuck in the pipe... [[HIGHLIGHT]]This has been the worst customer experience of my life.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would leave zero stars if I could. We originally contacted them in Aug. 2024 about a recall issue. They identified several other recalls at that time. They said they would order parts for all the recalls, and we then scheduled a time to bring the vehicle in Oct. 2024. When we got there it turns out they had never even ordered the parts. Over the next 6 months we brought the vehicle up there numerous times to deal with the various recall issues, which was very inconvenient since we live an hour a way. Each time we dropped off the vehicle they kept it anywhere from half a day to several weeks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Throughout the entire experience their communication was poor and their responses slow.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Finally in Spring of 2025 they assured us everything was fine. Pretty soon thereafter we began having problems with the refrigerator, which had been the subject of one of the recalls and which they supposedly had fixed. I brought in my trailer for replacement of a damaged hitch coupler. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were very engaging in evaluating the nature of the failure and recommendations to avoid recurrence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They installed a more robust coupler, which included cutting off the old one and welding on the replacement and touching up the paint. The final product is a nicer finish and overall an improvement from new, and best of all the final cost was less than I expected. I'm super pleased! Ask me where to take your coach for service and I would tell you pretty much anywhere except Poulsbo RV's Mount Vernon store. I made that mistake and am posting this so that maybe you don't have to. They had my coach for nearly two months, parts that were supposed to be ordered never were, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was lied to or ignored when I would call[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], the few things that they actually did were left half done and required me to make 2 additional trips at my expense to have them finish what they started. Very, very frustrating and pretty obvious that no one in management actually bothers to check what happens in the shop. Here is an update to my last review from 2 weeks ago. I ran into the sales team member Justus at the Everett RV show and gave feedback that I have not heard in weeks on the progress, he promised to get Service to call me. two days later I got a call with an update and since they were waiting for one more part that should arrive within the week, we parted with me saying I hope to pick it up this weekend. 10 days have passed and no more updates. I do not know if the part ever showed up or the trailer is ready. Will drive there tomorrow to see what the status is. But it is so annoying. We were hoping by buying from a larger dealership we would not run into the same issues as with smaller dealerships and it may be a personal/location issue or just sheer bad luck. But we will look somewhere else in 2 years when we go for our next upgrade/switch. read more

Recently I was pulling my trailer up to Birch Bay when I noticed my driver's side taillight not working. This was unexpected and I figured it was a bulb issue, but wanted to make sure it wasn't a voltage issue. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I pulled into the service department unannounced and met with McKenna who eagerly helped me out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She dropped what she was doing and came outside with me to my trailer and we confirmed that it was not a voltage issue but just a burned out bulb. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She searched for a new bulb in the back room, however the parts department was out of this speciific bulb, so she wrote down the part number I needed and gave me directions to the local NAPA store[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Well I don't like giving poor reviews but I have to admit I'm not impressed. They are nice folks. Very pleasant. But have severe issues paying attention to details. We recently purchased a Kodiak Cub trailer. The good news! They stored it for us free of charge for a few months while we waited for our truck to be delivered (Covid delays due to chip shortage). Hen we did the elk through initial the 12v system wasn't working. They did they'd take care of that "took notes". Upon pickup for the first attempt there was confusion that we were picking it up from a repair and not preliminary pickup/walkthrough. We could not accept it as there were not the right people there for delivery walkthrough. I inquired as to what other options were suggested (maybe should have been covered on original purchase), and we went for a slide out awning, and stabilizer Seay control system. I called back and asked about installing an upgraded battery system, asked for measurements in the battery channel on the tongue and were provided with the widest not narrowest part of the opening. Batteries where purchased by me and delivered for install. Only to find out by phone they wouldn't fit. Cases were purchased that wouldn't fit (no refund) based on their measurement. O I picked up the unit with the original battery and came home. They did help other the sway control install (thank you!). I ended up doing the battery install myself with a tongue box (top mount across the tongue) from harbor freight and found the 12v issue that was never fixed. The trailer ground wire wasn't connected from the battery to the coach, the battery was only connected to the power inverter. For the trailer itself, quality is poor. Molding popped loose inside. Couch stitching was coming apart. Cushions and mattress are absolute junk. Drawer and door latches don't hold. Water pump fittings leaked. It's 1.5 hours each way to get there. We fixed most issues ourself due to drive and fuel costs. Our last trip out the frig wouldn't cool. No fault codes. Happily when we called the service dept. They allowed us to drop the unit off on our way home from a trip (knowing they wouldn't get to it for a few days ( that was okay for us and reasonable ). What the found??? There was insulation that had fallen down on the refer coils and couldn't cool the unit (Dutchman build quality). Hen I got the unit home I check to see if the service tech had re-sealed the refer vent cap, and they had not (poulsbo Rv tech fail). So that's it so far. Going in we knew the quality wouldn't be exemplary, but our mediocre expectations weren't even met here. My family drove from Maryland in our Thor Class C . Around Mt. Ranier we had a run in with a logging truck. The truck drove by and hit my drivers side mirror, which made the swing arm holding the mirror crash into the drivers side window. We lost both the mirror and the window. I called multiple RV dealers in the area and all I got was it will take 5 weeks to get the mirror in. I needed to get back to Maryland and driving back without a mirror was not an option. That is when Frank Baker from POULSBO RV answered the phone. He listened to my story and took my information. Later that day he called me back. He was able to get the driver side mirror and swing arm shipped to their Mount Vernon location within a week. Three days to be exact. As for the window no one could help me with replacing a tempered glass replacement. Frank put me in touch with an automotive glass company in the area and they are replacing my window this weekend. Frank Baker went above and beyond in helping me. POULSBO RV and their service department were so easy to work with and did a great job. I was asked to put a $3000 deposit on a RV and I drove 120 miles to make the appointment. It didn't look like the internet photos but another caught my attention. They moved the deposit over to that vehicle. After returning home and reviewing the vehicle for my needs I called to say it would not meet up with how I was planning to use it or store it. I was told by Mike that since in was in prepwork my money could not be refunded. He texted me for 3 days after telling me I was dishonest and he was holding my vehicle for me and that it was still being prepared. He texted as late a 9 pm and I put a dispute on the credit card. The business manager Mike Brown contacted to say he would return the funds. I am still waiting after repealing the dispute. I have left several messages to remind him and will replace the dispute very soon if necessary. read more

We went to Poulsbo in Mt. Vernon to see a coach that we inquired about. The salesman Robert met us and took us out to show us the coach. We then looked at another one that we were very interested in. We then asked to speak to a finance person about what we would get for our trade-ins and how much money down we might need to do the deal. He became very condescending and argumentative at this point, insisting that he needed the payoffs. The payoffs don't change the value of the trade-ins, so we said we would just like to talk to the finance person. Then he said "Okay, let's go up to the sales office", and got in the golf cart without saying anything to us. We sat down in the back, and he took off so fast we almost fell out of the cart. He proceeded to fly across the parking lot at a very unsafe speed to the office. He sat us down at a table and then asked a couple of questions about our trade-ins. When we tried to tell him about the extras in our trade-in, he wasn't interested. He left for a few minutes, and came back and called my husband "Buddy", and said "you would be better off to sell it yourself. You could get 70,000". Then dropped a piece of paper in front of my husband with a ridiculous trade-in price and no explanation. He was obviously done with us, so we got up and left. We never got to talk to a finance person or anyone else. We have never been treated like this by a salesperson anywhere. This man should not be allowed to speak to customers. Wow, I can't say enough good thing's about POULSBO RV! I'm on the road from Michigan when I noticed a temperature issue on my Winnebago 2019 Travato KL crossing the Cascade Mt range in Washington. I limped into Bellingham,WA last Friday pm. I went to a local Ram Dealer that diagnosed the problem but since it was an up fit by Winnebago, they didn't think they had the part. I contacted seven places in total, from Friday evening through Monday morning, with no luck helping resolve the issue. One Winnebago dealer said, sure we can fix it, our next available appointments is August 28! Meanwhile I'm stuck, sitting in a parking lot. I then made contact with the service manager at Poulsbo RV, Frank Baker Saturday pm.. What a breath of fresh air, Frank didn't hesitate to take on the task at hand. We set up an appointment for repair today 7/19/23. I was in the work bay 15 minutes before my scheduled time and in the capable hands of James, the service tech. I contacted both Winnebago & Volta for solutions to this known cooling system leak issue. They had two different solutions and of course they didn't work. James took the initiative and sourced the hose locally, but Mopar engineered the part so that only a Mopar hose would work. We shot up to Bellingham and got the correct hose, and James installed and tested it in record time! If you have issues with your RV, do not hesitate working with Poulsbo RV of Mt. First of all, the place is clean etc. At first the Salesman seemed nice and knowledgeable. Then the misinformation began. The tires looked new, as they had a tire dressing applied, which incidentally is not the best idea. Well, all you have to do is look on the tire to see their manufacturing date. They were well past the 5 year replacement time, even though the tread was not completely gone, they were by no means "new ". We were also assured the rig gets 18 miles to the gallon. We actually found the owners name and number in the vehicle manual. We called him and he debunked the Fake news, he told us of course it doesn't get 18 mpg, more like 8. Also the part about it's fast, economical..... NOT. 35 MPH up hills... We bought from Roy Robinson in Marysville several years ago, lots of outright untruths there too. Called in advance before driving 3+ hours to Poulsbo RV to look at a small travel trailer. The salesman Mike told us that they didn't have the travel trailer we wanted, but assured us that Poulsbo RV has drivers that can shuttle their RVs between their lots. He offered to have the trailer brought from Auburn to their Mt. Vernon lot, which I thought was great! I confirmed twice that he was okay bringing it from Auburn, and confirmed that we would be at their lot sometime between 10-2pm the next day. Mike again confirmed that he'd see us on Sunday. (this was on speaker phone in my car --- the whole family heard the conversation). Fast forward to the next day, we drove 3+ hours to Mt. Vernon, WA. When we arrived, Mike didn't seem to know who we were, and now told us that we needed "money down" in order to move the trailer between lots. All of this would have been fine, if he'd told us BEFORE we drove 3+ hours and wasted our time. At this point, I wasn't thrilled to have my day wasted by Poulsbo RV. In any event, the staff was quite dismissive and told us, literally, they obviously didn't treat everyone this bad because, if they did, they would be out of business. That's not much of a defense. We decided to go take a look at this lot to see some brands we had not looked at, and wanted to see something different. We were approached by an older salesmen who was at first, extremely nice. Took us over to his desk, and scrolled the company website up and down clicking and unclicking "new" and "used". I kept telling the salesmen exactly the ones I wanted to look at, as I had a list on my phone. He told me that not a single one of the trailers were there. However, We unfortunately drove past them on our way in. (All in gated area we were told we could not go into.) Salesmen asked again what we were looking for. I decided to answer instead of my husband, and my apparently was not good enough. Salesmen completed ignored me as if I was not sitting directly infront of him. Are you kidding me? My fiancé and I purchased a 2022 zinger travel trailer in June. We paid cash 60k. We were very sad to find out how sloppy the trailer was thrown together. Structure falling apart, plumbing and wiring done very poorly and some parts not done correctly, and things unfinished which were unknown beforehand and caused more issues. We've tried to call and talk to the service department and no one EVER gets back to us. The salesman, Justin, was great, I'm sure he didn't know just by looking at it that it would end up being a protect. However, the service department and manufacturers are T E R R I B L E. Really upset to have paid so much only to be pouring more into it to have it fixed. read more
