They quoted me a price that was right in line with what I expected, they communicated well on issues that came up and things that they found. They followed my wishes on which ones to deal with or not, and it was ready when they said it would be. Overall had a very pleasant experience other than having to spend the money I didn't want to spend in the first place. But to be clear, that was not their fault just the nature of the service required and the motorcycle. read more

I want to give credit where it's due. I visited several local dealers and inquired at some private sales. In the end, I found what I wanted and could afford at Lifestyles Honda in Burlington. WA.; a pre-owned 2018 Spyder RT Limited. I had a slight malfunction on the way home. I called Jake (my contact at Lifestyles) and he walked me through some basic troubleshooting. The following morning, they sent 'Super Rescue' Bruce with an enclosed trailer to pick up my Spyder. Note: I live far south of dealership in Monroe, WA. The shop found a weak battery, replaced it and updated the software. In the meantime, I had worked out a plan to pick up the vehicle on Friday morning. My partner is a bit ill but being a trooper, she would oblige the long trip to drop me off at the dealer. To my surprise and thankful glee, Bruce called me early this morning to say he was on the way to return the Spyder to our home. I'll start by saying I have no problems with the staff at this dealership. I've always had a pleasant visit when I go there. The three star rating is for the inattention to details by the service department. I had a set of tires mounted on my motorcycle on two separate occasions at this dealership. Both times there were greasy fingerprints all over the belt pulley, the wheels themselves, and on the pipes and forks. I also noticed none of the adhesive was removed from the old balance weights which quickly turned into a black tacky mess on the aluminum. Come on guys wipe off your greasy prints and have some respect for yourselves and your paying customers. At an over $100 an hour shop labor rate I expect to get the bike back clean just I like I gave it. I don't bring in a dirty machine out of respect to the techs. Please return the courtesy. read more

Hello, Just wanted to share a quick thank you on behalf of our entire family. We stopped in yesterday to have a look around at your UTV's and were greeted by Kelly. We ended up spending a good part of the day with this gentlemen, and I can't fully express how impressed I was working with him. He dropped everything he was doing and presented us with tons of different options. He was knowledgeable, patient, and best of all, genuine. Having purchased many different vehicles over the last 30 years, Kelley was hands-down the easiest, most pleasurable and trustworthy salesman I have ever worked with. I can't give zero stars. I made a service appointment nearly a month ago. The day before my appointment they call to cancel stating that they're just too far behind, and can't get to me. They were "sorry" that they did it the day before, but they were trying to get back on track. The next availability they have is a month from today... A MONTH BEHIND and they can't find time to call until 20hrs before the appointment? When I call around to find another service place I mentioned "Life Style Honda" - they all laughed saying "Yea, you probably dodged a bullet anyway". Skip this place. I hit a deer with my maverick x3 turbo r on June 18,2021. I was In Montana fly fishing. Got to Bellingham on June 28 and called service dept to get fixed. Told me it would not be until August 4 until they could get to it. I had no problem with that because I had a mean case of whiplash and couldn't use it anyway. Apparently August appointment was for a look see. This is an insurance job and has been approved and a parts list already done by progressive insurance. They did not bother to even look at email from progressive and never ordered parts. On August 4 they ask me if I wanted to proceed with repair. This is a insurance job! So I said to them yes proceed thinking they would fix car. Noooo. Proceed to them meant to schedule it to be done 3 weeks later. What could I do? So I waited. Well it's now September 9 and nothing done on 30,000 dollar car that I now have not been able to use for the entire summer. They say September 18 now. I live in Arizona and wanted to head home by the end of September. Have been here in Washington visiting my kids and grandkids for the summer. Not only have I been jacked around all summer for the repair but have no use of a toy I paid a lot of money for. I have absolutely no confidence that my car will be ready by the 18th. I get the feeling they hope I will just pick it up and take it to Arizona and get it repaired. This place should be avoided at all costs. I recently purchased a 2017 Honda CB500F last week. This was a brand new unit that was apparently purchased at a Honda auction. The price I paid was far below market price because the bike was 2 years old but it was still new. The facility is great and well laid out. The selection of new vehicles is pretty good. Friendly staff helped me from start to finish. I would buy from there again. I had only two issues. The first was the length of time to complete paper work. This was a cash transaction with no financing. The second more important issue was the assembly fee for the bike. I get that they have to get paid for putting a bike together but I could not purchase the bike without this fee. The fee was the same on all new bikes. $780 for the fee was 20% of the cost of the bike. This should be included in the advertised price as there's no way to get the bike without it. I understand about registration and tax is different on every bike but the assembly fee is the same on every new bike and if a new bike cannot be purchased without this fee, this should be added to the advertised price. read more

We bought a used boat from this shop and had nothing but a great experience. We worked with Jake on the sale. He was honest and helpful when we checked it out and then management worked with us on the financial side of the sale. They stored the boat for us while we awaited a slip to open up and nothing was messed with during that storage period. They arranged for their transport driver (Bruce) to drive the boat down to our place in Shelton for a very reasonable cost. Bruce took time with us and explained his findings with the boat and trailer and provided some helpful hints. First time snowmobile purchaser. Jake squared me away, no BS. Was very educational with what I would be needing, especially since he himself is both a serious sledder and serious snowboarder and can speak to both. We figured out my accessory needs, and had me out the door the same day I came looking. Put about 900 miles on the sled this season before I decided to truck through some trees....lets say the trees won and I needed new parts. I took my CanAm Outlander quad in for repair, it ended up needing an oil pump and I agreed to have them proceed with the repairs my quad. What they didn't tell me is that I lost my place in the shop while the parts were ordered. The person I was talking to also told me we only had an agreement to troubleshoot the problem. I had to remind him of our phone conversation where I agreed to purchase the parts and proceed with the repair. When I called a few days later I was told the parts had come in but no one was working on my machine. I was told I could make a new appointment so that they could finish the repairs but the next appointment was a month out. This went on for about three weeks and it was over 2 months before I got my quad back. I had stopped in on Thursday only to be told the engine was back together so I asked if I would get it back the next day, the answer was no, so I asked would I get it back next week only to be told no. That's when I called the manager and I got it back the next day. Only goes to show how inept the service department is. If you have to use their service department, I would make an appointment for everyday of the next two months to ensure they will work on your machine. I'm never setting foot in Lifestyles Honda again which is a bummer as I like to use local businesses when I can. read more

My husband and I were looking for a side by side and ended up Lifestyles Honda, as they had the exact off road vehicle we were looking for. The guy who sold us the side by side was really nice and followed up with us immediatly for the sale. When it came time to arrange pick-up, we had to schedule a time on a Sat. which makes sense. When we showed up we had to wait for the finance guy out in the lobby, until he waived us down to his office. I thought it was strange until we sat down to sign papers. Not only did the guy talk to us like we were little kids and had never had a car loan, but he was incredibly condescending to us. We were almost done signing and my husband asked for the off road paperwork to license the vehicle off road. (After all, we purchased the off road kit and paid the additional $600+ labor and had installed.) The finance guy acted like it was not his problem and attempted to rush us out of his office! it was so rude, I don't care how busy a shop is on a Saturday. I have never been treated so poorly, especially after spending darn near $20,000 on an off road vehicle. I will NEVER buy anything at Lifestyles Honda after the way I was treated. Customer service goes a looooong ways, and this shop just wants to take your money. read more

WORST dealer in my history. We went in to get my wife a new quad with POWER STEERING. She had a good Honda with no power steering, I just thought the power steering would save her shoulders so she could ride longer. We EXPRESSED this to the salesman as the ONLY reason we were looking. She got the new bike. We took it riding and because it was newer she thought it was fine. The next year we didn't ride because my shoulder surgery...but I did move her bike around the yard and thought the power steering was broken. I took it in to Lifestyles because it had a paid for warranty. I left it for a few days and got a call....this bike has NO POWER STEERING. The ONE and only thing we bought the new bike for. Now mind you it was over 10k for that bike...Honda GM gave a horrible "fix" with us owing them another 7k to trade it out. NO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. He even said if we had caught it after riding that weekend it wouldn't have changed any type trade out for them telling us they were selling us what we asked for. Looked to have great selection of recreational vehicles for sale, but service and minor repair was a rocky road, with the quote and timeline blown. I got a followup call very soon that made me think they'd make sure they have the parts they need before getting to work, to minimize time and labor. That was good and proper. Less spectacular was that they didn't order anything at the time, opened and closed the bike, and played it safe on Trial #2 by replacing every part in the assembly, a month having gone by. They told me they'd never had a bike in for my particular problem, while 100% of my model/year incurs the problem, and it's not an obscure year/model. But they did correct it just fine. They made the gesture of discounting the re-labor, which was good. The problems they identified in the service were also ones I wanted to be aware of, which was another plus. When I picked up the bike, my wife and I noticed a strange noise, which only our ears were capable of hearing. They did take it seriously and offer several opinions, some of which were plausible (and some weren't premeditated and maybe honest). The jury's still out because the bike's back in a shop after its first failure ever, and I wouldn't be surprised if they helped it get there. Metrics typically need help. read more

Kelly was very nice and easy to work with. He had some health things happen during our business together, but he powered through and had a great attitude about it and was still able to meet our needs and provide excelled service. On the day to take home the boat it was hectic, but he still gave us his full attention and even filled the tank up for us the first time. Supper generous as well! My motor had a recall part that no one was aware of. As a new boat owner I was disappointed as I wanted to take it out for a spin. I made an appointment for motorcycle service one month in advance. On arrival from 50 miles away I was told they would need to keep the bike for a week. This was OK. What wasn't acceptable was having to prod them to finish the work a week later and then wait to have the work done while I waited. Virtually no apology given. I went by this dealership, which also sells Triumph motorcycles, to check out the 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120. All I went in to do was look and talk, but the salesman prevailed on me to take a test drive. They don't really have close access to real twisties, but I was able to get a feel for the bike. I liked it enough to get an out the door price including taking 20 minutes of the parts guy's time to price out the accessories I'd want on the bike. It's August now, and I'm thinking that they're going to have left over 2017s after the 2018s come out next month, and I'll be back looking for better pricing if that's the case. Everybody was friendly, they did the usual "I've got to talk to the sales manager" routine, but it was all good.
