I stopped in at Paul Evert's RV Country on a recent weekend for the sole purpose of getting acquainted with the different styles of RV's. I've done a lot of research online, but you never really know how a space is going to feel until you can walk inside it, open the drawers, and kick the tires (literally and figuratively). I'll admit I was a little hesitant upon entering, worried about pushy salespeople who wouldn't want to help me in this first, educational stage of my journey toward buying my own RV. I couldn't have been more wrong! My salesman, Trevor, understood my needs and accommodated them perfectly. He showed me some Class B's, then a couple of Class C's, and finally some travel trailers. He discussed the pros and cons of each, what you get for your money, etc. RV Country's lot is HUGE, and full of everything from the tiniest of teardrop trailers to gigantic Fifth Wheels and Class A's that are larger than my apartment! Trevor escorted my friend and I around on a snappy little golf cart, never hesitating to stop when we wanted to take a look at something. After our tour, he gave me some brochures and we traded names/numbers. When the time comes - hopefully by this summer - to buy my RV, I will definitely return to Paul Evert's and ask for Trevor! read more

I bought a Grand Design Linage M from this dealership. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The sales and finance department were pleasant to work with.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service department has been horrible. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had issues getting our license plates, multiple phone calls and no effect by this office to help, just passed the buck to the Fife, WA office.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Then we had a motor go out on the slide on our four month old RV while camping. It was stuck out and we couldn't retract it. They were unable to provide mobile service nor were the RV tech they suggested. We contacted Blade RV, they sent someone to help us at the campground. RV country told us they could fix the broken motor issue in FIVE MONTHS, Blade RV will see us within a week. I love the RV we bought, Grand Design has been great to work with, they will reimburse me for the repairs. But RV Country Service in Mt Vernon completely and total sucks! read more

In March my wife Sheila and I went looking for a possible RV trailer. We went to RV Country and we only had limited time, but [[HIGHLIGHT]]a salesman named Steve, listened to what we wanted and showed us a trailer that fit ours needs exactly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We came back 2 other times looking at it, and taking our time before buying it to make sure we were making the right decision.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In June we finally decided to buy it, a Grand Design Imagine XLS17 MKE. I asked Steve about having a inverter installed, as there was a place for it, and he said that will be no problem it will work automatically etc.. . [[HIGHLIGHT]]After buying it we received a run through from Keagan. He showed us all about it and sold us on a cover for the slide out, covers for the vents, and back up cameras[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], we asked about an inverter Keagan said it could run the outlets, microwave, and TV off of the batteries when not plugged into shore power, I showed him the 3 LiFePO4 batteries we had and he said he could install those with the inverter. We said okay and asked for it all to be installed. We asked Keagan if it could all be ready for our camping trip July 5th and he said yes, no problem, we will have it ready for you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We didn't receive any calls from Keagan, or anyone. We showed up for it on July 5th and no work had been done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We used the trailer for our trip and brought it back and left it there for over a month to have the work done. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once again, no calls were made to us letting us know anything. We called a couple times but no one knew what was happening except for Keagan.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came by to check on it 8/15. they said it was ready and pulled it out for us but it had no power? dead batteries? and the fridge was turned off with 2 bananas and thousands of fruit flys :-(. whoops yuck. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Keegan went to lunch and we waited for over an hour and he didn't return and we had to go and said we'll be back tomorrow to get it if it was actually ready to go.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came back the next day and they had plugged it in and turned back on the main battery switch, I guess? We paid the over $6000 for the upgrades and I asked Keagan to show us how it works. First, he showed me the back and side cameras and said they are all set and ready. I plugged in the screen and in fact they were NOT set up and working :-( I had him try and set them up and he had trouble getting them working correctly in the right screen positions etc. He had to go, so I read the manual while he was gone and figured out how to fix it. I told Keagan and he came back and fixed it. I then asked him how the inverter works and it was very confusing, and alarms were going off when plugged into power etc... It didn't seem right. I also asked him if the charger was adjusted for the LiFePO4 batteries and he said yes. We took the trailer anyway, and when we got to where we were camping NO AC power outlets were working when plugged into shore power, or with the inverter on. I found the GFI in the bathroom was tripped and reset it, then the shore power worked. Then tried it unplugged, and the inverter still didn't power any outlets or TV. Only the microwave had power which would run for 2 seconds and over load inverter. the next day with the shore power unplugged nothing would work :-( also later just sitting in the sun the batteries went completely dead? or? with only the refrigerator on low. Is the refrigerator running off the inverter? I think it should be running off 12v as it seems to be more efficient and quieter? Before it seemed to run for days? We were told the solar panels could keep the fridge going in sunny conditions. It seems the only time the batteries are charging is when it is plugged into a running truck? or at least that is when the trailer comes alive and works? I plugged it into shore power for days and the trailer was still dead? Something is terribly wrong with this installation. We called Keagan and he said he would have his boss call us and figure out how and when to fix this. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Once again we NEVER received a call.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Today I went and charged the batteries with a separate charger and still nothing was coming on. I then turned on the inverter and lights and fridge came on! Okay progress. still no outlets but the microwave worked. Must be the charger is not working? I plugged in shore power and inverter alarm sounded until I pushed a button. I tested battery voltage and it was at 12.9 with shore power plugged in and sunny out. That tells me charger is not working? Another problem ls, when the inverter was mounted long sharp screws are protruding into the cupboard, and also out by the side of the couch, which cut the back of my hand when flipping the couch for the bed :-( !!! Bottom line is, we would like the trailer to function/work as it did when we bought it. Also to ONLY have to turn on the inverter when we want 120 ac outlets to function, thus powering the TV, AC outlets, and Microwave as originally discussed. Run from RV Country, Mt. Vernon WA Sales may be an "ok" veneer, finance as well, but once you try to get service, they fall flat on their faces. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In fact, the day that I came, there had been a knock down, drag out fist fight in the lobby between an RV Country employee and a customer.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They must have pushed the poor customer to that level of frustration. "Service Advisors" [[HIGHLIGHT]]Alauna - caught in multiple lies, did not advise when picking up my brand new rig that they had caused major lot damage to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This caused months of follow-up for me when they would not pursue repair. They should not have left me in the dark about the damage until I arrived (3 hour round trip) with my trade-in rig, and had to discover the damage myself. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kelly - Won't return phone calls, left voice-mails, nothing[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] "PDI" was given a joke of a PDI walk-through by a lot attendant, left with incorrect information and more questions than answers, he spent the entire time talking about his past and family. "Warranty" I learned from Lippert/Schwintek that 3 of my 5 slide-outs were improperly assembled and would cause issues if I were to put them into use without adjustment. I measured according to manufacturer instructions and was told by Lippert that I needed to get them serviced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I tried repeatedly to get RV Country Service (Corey - Service Manager) and was stonewalled for weeks.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Finally a conference call between Lippert, myself, Corey and Jesse (Foreman) convinced RV Country that I was right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This then took much more time and persistence on my part to get this resolved. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Other issues had to be ramrodded by myself, because they simply won't call you back, answer the phone or follow through.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The level of frustration is difficult to put into words. This was a 4 month effort on my part to get the rig to the point it should have been when placed on the lot, brand new, for sale. Grand Design has been notified of the condition of their new rigs on this lot, the complete lack of concern for customer service, the laissez-faire attitude toward their reputation, and neglect of warranty/lot damage/prep. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Grand Design has agreed to escalate my concerns to upper management, who has reps that will go out and investigate my concerns, do training at the dealership, etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I will be pursuing this with Grand Design, hopeful that perhaps changes will be made at the dealership level, or that a more deserving dealership in the area will be awarded the Grand Design contract. We bought our little guy max here last week. The purchase was simple and the finance gal was great. When it came to doing the walk threw and to deliver our new trailer, it is now clear that the guy had no idea what he was presenting. Sure he knew the basics. Hook up water hose here, sewer hose goes here and your propane tank and batteries are located here. The liberty Little guy Max has so much to offer. From solar and what the input is, to electronics and what all of the buttons do. It would be helpful for the staff to do some training on all of the rigs they sell. Oh and we're in a pandemic....right? The guy licks his fingers and smears his spit on our shower door? It's like WTF??? We do love our camping trailer. Mid July I took my Brother who is a Disabled Veteran to check out a Travel Trailer,as I was trying to get him to move closer so I could take care of him. After our 2nd visit he decided on a 2022 Travel Trailer that was at one of their other Stores and we left a $1000 Deposit to hold it and wait for it to arrive. My Brother decided he didn't want to move so we contacted them for a Refund. I required a new toilet and instead of educating me on my options, they just ordered and installed an inferior toilet that broke within two months after installation. I had to replace the toilet and they refuse to refund any amount. They also reinstalled my front seats improperly (after removing the carpet) and there is now a permanent seat belt light on my dashboard. They also damaged a small door under my dinette. I'm not even sure where to start, we've had a terrible experience with RV Country. We purchased a brand new (2020) travel trailer about a year ago from the Mt. Vernon location. About 8 months after purchase we noticed an issue and scheduled to bring it in for warranty service. Our trailer has been in the shop for 2.5 months at the time of writing this. It took about 2 weeks to get the initial approval from our manufacturer and they reached out to let us know they were ordering parts shortly thereafter. We explained that we had trips scheduled starting in mid June and would need it by then, which didn't seem like an issue in early April. We called for an update in May and we're sent to voicemail. Left a message, no big deal, but never heard back from RV Country. I called again towards the end of May and again was transferred to voicemail. I tried AGAIN a couple days and was transferred to voicemail. Each time leaving a message with all my information. They never answer their phones. In total, I called 6 times for an update over a period of two weeks and they never returned any of my calls. On the seventh attempt I spoke to the receptionist and asked them to walk back to the service department to make sure someone could provide an update. I was transferred and disconnected (lol can't make this stuff up) so I called back immediately and they didn't answer my call at the front desk. Eventually I was able to get ahold of the front desk and they connected me to Kelly in the service department who said she'd look at my file and call me back later that day. She never did, so I called the next day and got her voicemail again. Left a message and two more days went by without a reply. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Eventually I just decided to make the hour long drive to show up in person because nobody in the service department ever called me back to get an update on our trailer that had been there for 2.5 months. It's the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with ANY car or trailer dealer. Kelly refused to take any ownership of the situation and simply said the person who I originally spoke with had been out sick for a few weeks. We ended up having to cancel a trip that we've had planned for a year and it's questionable if we'll get it back in time for our next trip towards the end of June. They've had our trailer for 1/4 of the entire time we've owned it. RV Country should be embarrassed as a company but it doesn't seem like they even care, despite the fact that we purchased from them, bought an extended warranty and have been more than accommodating. It's incredible how poorly this dealership is run. I would never recommend anybody purchase there or use them for repairs after our experience. We thought getting our trailer into the shop by March would leave plenty of time, but we'll be lucky to have it back in June. I have never experienced anything quite like this. I would rate this location zero stars The entire Service Department manager to their DISTRICT MANAGER They do not follow up, follow directions from Grand Design, never show up, don't answer my calls. I bought my Grand Design brand new in December and live in it full time. The refrigerator has never worked they sent two different men out to troubleshoot and fill out a form that was required to get me a new fridge. Both did not fill out the form completely. It took them 4 months after calling and calling to get someone to help me. They also were to bring out a sink for my 1/2 bath and lost it. I called 3 weeks ago and the service manager had found it but never called me. I asked him to mail it to me he said he would. I call today and got out on hold disconnected me. Purchased a used 2019 Reflection 5th wheel. We were promised by our salesman Mark it would be cleaned and detailed like "New" when we took delivery. We picked it up 5 days later on a Thursday afternoon, they were still cleaning it while we did our walk thru and it wasn't done when we got finished in finance. Hooked it up to our truck, checked lights and brakes, all good. Drove home 15miles, couldn't Un hook as batteries were completely dead. Hooked up to 110v to power and lower jacks to Un hitch. 3 days at home decided to check furnace and stove, ran for about 15-20min and ran out of propane. That the salesman said would be filled full before you take delivery. Notified RVCountry and salesman, "just contact service" they'll make it right". Sales is going to upgrade batteries and service has offered to re-detail when a part comes in that needs to be replaced. Service Mgr. gave a $100 credit for the propane I purchased but it's been 8 weeks now, and have called numerous times, still waiting for a call back. So frustrated with this outfit, I won't be recommending them for sales or service. Guessing that once they have your money, they really don't give a damn about your buisness or your RV !!! read more

We purchased a new 5th wheel at the Mt Vernon location the end of April. We had made arrangements to pick it up June 1st. I'm not a complainer but I feel this is unacceptable. When we showed up it felt like we were inconveniencing them. We asked if when they brought the trailer out if they could just leave it outside the gates because we knew it would take us a while to hitch up and make sure everything is connected properly. Being our first time towing a 5th wheel we knew we would be slow and didn't want to block the parking lot. They brought the trailer out of the gates, dropped it and that was it. No one came outside, nothing. We decided to back up to the trailer, got out the manual to figure out the jacks and got it hooked to the trailer, still no one came around. We were having trouble getting our truck to recognize the trailer, the connector wasn't getting a tight fit so went in and asked if they had some contact cleaner or something and maybe so help because we weren't sure what the problem was. Finally Corben, I believe is his name, came out and said he didn't know anything about it and said he would call someone. He went inside, came out a few minutes later and said ford's have problems and we should go find a place to fix it and left. My husband and i tryed a few more times, called a couple places with no luck and defeated decided to go to Walmart to get some cleaner. Before we left when we were shutting the bay door I noticed a light cover was missing on the side of the trailer. I took a picture with my phone and, went inside to find someone. When I walked in I saw Nick our sales guy and showed him the picture he told me to go to the back and tell Corbin, no help, nothing. So I walked to the back completely upset that what should be a wonderful day was a complete gong show! I showed Corbin the picture he said they didn't know what happened maybe they could order one, I walked away. I called rv country from the truck and let them know we were going to walmart and we would be back to try again. We returned and tryed again, again with no help. No luck so we left to come home. I called rv country again from the truck, the sales guy who answered seemed really put off by my call, I told him we're going home and they can move the trailer back. I was so upset, everyone was nice when we were signing the papers, no one said a thing about the service guys not working on weekends, apparently they are the only ones who can help with any hitching issues. They had a month to prepare for us?? I know the issue is with our truck, we did have the place who installed our hitch check the pins but something happened where it just wouldn't connect. But the whole experience was just compounded by feeling we were putting rv country out by even picking up the trailer. I did call them back after about 10 minutes and asked if they would store it until the 9th and could we pick it up then. They said yes but after 12 because the only guy, again Corbin, who can drive the forklift is him and he has church. I didn't need to know that, felt like a total guilt trip after a completely devistating experience. So just know, if you buy from them, even if it's a $95000 trailer, as soon as they have your money your on your own. Now I'm dreading going back. What should be a wonderful experience just isn't. UPDATE I called and talked to our finance guy Eric at rv country. He was very sympathetic to our situation and apologized for us feeling ignored. We visited RV Country after checking out another RV dealership; we preferred the cleanliness, knowledge and professionalism yet friendly help they provided while we looked at many floorplans. We loved the Grand Design brand and decided this RV dealer was a good fit for us. After purchasing they were helpful in getting a warranty item taken care of; in and out the same day! Only item we weren't a fan of was the lack of cleanup they did after their work but that was easy to vacuum. We would definitely recommend this RV dealer and check out the Grand Design brand they sell! read more

Although the initial purchase and financing of my Opus in 2021 went okay, I am very displeased in their service since taking delivery. Along with our OP2, we ordered an annex to the tune of $2,000 and we're aware of a potential 6 month delay in delivery. Almost a year later, I have left 5-6 messages with little to no help in getting an update or resolution. The latest was that they sent an email (almost a month ago) with no reply or update to me. Likely, no follow up to the initial email as well. I was told to leave a voicemail for a "very responsive" manager who generally calls back same day. This was two weeks ago and nothing. read more

Should be minus one star -unmitigated disaster. In brief- this was an authorized repair center for Thor. Our appointment was in Dec 10, 2021, with the sole intention of having warranty work for our Brand New Coach. There was a punch list of approximately 25 items. Kelly was our intake technician. The first thing she asked was if we wanted the coach winterized. I explained that I would immediately take the vehicle camping when they finished, so no. On March 1, I called Kelly up and demanded that they return our coach finished or not. Only 10 items were repaired. The other materials to complete the repair we're still on order. The water supplying the direct hot water maker was frozen, and dislodges a fitting and spewed water everywhere. I was exasperated beyond words. DO NOT BUY A TRAILER HERE. We purchased a brand new trailer in January of this year. Immediately started having nothing but problems with it. We called RV Country to have them fix it and they said that we would have to bring our trailer in. Mind you we are living full time in this. So we did and they had the trailer for THREE MONTHS. Every time we would call to check in and see how thing were going they would just give us the the run around. Finally we got our trailer back and we have had it three weeks and the same problems that were supposed to be fix are not. We called to tell them that they did not fix the problems and they said that this is grand designs fault not their. Which makes absolutely no sense when they were the ones that were supposed to fix it when they had it for three months!! We are now having to fix this problem ourselves which is complete nonsense as the trailer is brand new. All and all people take your money somewhere else, all they care about here is getting your money and then pissing on you when you have a problem. read more

If it was possible to give a negative star review, I would. I took my Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel in for 3 recalls to get done, and also to have a new Washer/Dryer unit installed, and have the roof and sides sealed for the winter. My total bill came out to just about $4,500.00. Put in the first load of wash and a short time later, realized that my entire back cargo area, dresser, and carpeting were completely flooded with water and soaking wet! Had to set up fans to dry everything out. Went to run the dryer, and it ran briefly, then it shut off. Whoever installed the stackable washer/dryer unit jammed the closet door so hard, the handle dented the front of the dryer. After much back and forth, the dealer did send "an experienced" tech to my home site. He informed me that the plumbing for the washer had never been connected during the installation, which is why it flooded everything. On my invoice it states "W/D tested for leaks, and found none". Obviously that is not true. He then showed me the venting for the dryer, which was smashed together so hard, that the dryer could not breathe, causing the unit to overheat and shut off. We just had our first heavy rain and I now have two leaks in the rig. I have always had the roof sealed regularly in the past, (by other RV techs) and have never had a problem, so they either did a poor job of sealing, or perhaps didn't do anything at all. I have to wonder whether any of the three recall items were done, given that these obvious things in plain sight were not done at all. This is sheer incompetence in their work, and their current labor rate they charge for this incompetence is $189.00 per hour. I have tried for more than two weeks to get these issues resolved with the dealership. I was told to email the service manager, which I have done twice over more than 2 weeks, and no response. This dealership doesn't answer their phones, so I learned the only way to get any kind of communication from them is be emailing their customer service person. I texted her and asked for the contact information for the owner of the dealership. She never responded. In an effort to get their attention and get damages resolved, I took a 90 mile round trip drive to go to the dealership in person. The customer service person told me she doesn't have the contact information for the owner (Sure- I believe that). Then they brought out the sales manager to see me. He had no idea what had happened so I went over it with him. He agreed my situation required escalation. However, he also refused to give me the contact information for the owner of the dealership. Reluctantly, he offered me the name and email address for someone in corporate service. When I asked for that person's phone number, he refused to give it to me. This tells you everything you need to know about this dealerships' attitude toward customer satisfaction. So, clearly, the dealership owner is happy to take your money, but does not want to deal with the complaints generated by their incompetent service department. I suppose if I owned this disaster of a dealership, I would want to hide from the customers as well. Bottom line.... If you are considering using this dealership for any kind of service to your RV, do yourself a huge favor, and keep looking elsewhere. I hope that sharing my poor experience will save you from the disappointment and frustration that awaits you with this dealership. This location is not a place to go. Dropped my trailer off in Nov for easy repairs and didnt get it back until Feb. Never communicated or called back when you call them. Still haven't got everything Im supposed to have with my trailer when bought new in October from this location after several attempts. Claims they ordered what was missing multiple times with no status. After all the hassel still chagered me to winterize it when it was only supposed to be there less than 2 weeks. Had to argue with them about money owed back for months before they agreed to issue a check. Piss poor service and they have no clue whats going on. Most likely will never go back. read more

We used to LOVE RV Country. Until it came time to purchase. Paid our deposit of $4000 (Check) And never heard from them again. When I reached out multiple times for an update on the trailer we applied for. They were "still working on it".... It's been 2 years now. Check has been cancelled (Long time ago) and still never heard from them LOL... Just now getting around to writing a review. We will never go back to RV Country unless we are bored and want to look around. Which is nice because all their rvs & trailers are unlocked. When I first got there I thought it was lucky to find the perfect motorhome for us to start our new adventure. Everything was going pretty smoothly and Corbin had done the financing very well for us and got us all set up ready to go. The guy that showed us our motorhome was very basic about all the details and we did try to video everything for future use. Everything worked fine at the dealership and when we got home to plug it in a few things were not working. We took it back to the dealership for them to look at it told us was wrong and submitted it to the warranty dealership. The warranty dealership had a very "woman are stupid" tone. Long story short we canceled the warranty. And I have just now contacted the warranty people that our refund and was told that it was sent back to the dealership over three weeks ago and we have not heard about it. 3 weeks!!! Over $3400!!! No one has a clue about what is going on there. Oh the service department also told us there was something wrong with our heating element which was completely false and there's nothing wrong with it so they were just looking for more money read more

Tonight I walked away from warranty work and other repairs that we had done at RV Country with a bad taste in my mouth. After waiting 5-6 month for an LP regulator to come in and get general repairs done, it finally happened, but not without a hassle. Communication was terrible throughout the process, poor workmanship, exorbitant cost for general repairs and final straw them telling me to not come back as a customer. I should have read the poor reviews prior to dropping off our travel trailer to have work done. read more

Tried to take my 2021 Grand Design 5th wheel in for some warranty work and they told me they will not perform warranty work on my brand new Grand Design 5th wheel because I bought it at Blue Dog RV. Bought a trailer from them at the beginning of Covid. LOVE the trailer, but will never buy from them again. Simple RECALLS still haven't been fixed. We have called several times in the past 3 years (yes this is an ongoing issue) and they don't EVER call back or schedule you. The one time we were scheduled they wanted to keep the trailer for a couple weeks, but we fought with them to get it back sooner (it was literally to fix a drawer). Absolute worst service department we have ever dealt with. When we bought the trailer (the day we bought it) they were great....once you pull off the lot...you're not important to please anymore. Good thing our trailer has been solid Because there is no way they would've tried to get us in before the warranty ran out (and they are the only dealership we are supposed to go through for service). It's too bad...we've had several friends looking to buy trailers and we told them to steer clear. Be better RV Country! read more

We were fortunate to meet Mike, who no questions asked other than what we would like to see , set right out to show us exactly that. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We took our 2020 Solitude in for some warranty repairs. One being a line going to the fridge was being pinched when the slide was in. Their fix was to move the line and use a zip tie to hold it in place. Did I mention this is a brand new RV? I talked with the service manager and told him I wanted it fixed right. He said that was the 'proper' way to fix it. There was no winning that argument so my husband cut their zip tie and fixed it himself. Several small trim pieces needed to be attached, they didn't do it. We were told the repairs would take up to 4 weeks. After 6 weeks, I was calling to see where our RV was. Oh and the topper, we had to have them winterize it because they had it longer then we were told they would and it was sitting outside. So they charged us a special price of $150 to winterize and they didn't do it correctly. When we dewinterized it this spring, we discovered a couple of pipes broke. These are just a few examples of the shoddy work. I could go on and on. RV Country has horrible communication. I was always calling them, they never called us. Their service department is a joke. I would avoid them if I valued my RV. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Worse than a used car dealership in Everett. They make a sale, and that is the last service you get. They get their money, and then don't give a crap about you after that. No customer service whatsoever. Terrible people! My wife and I have called the finance department several times for some help. Nobody ever picks up, we have left numerous messages over a couple weeks, and not a single call back. Not even to tell us that they can't help, or to give us a number to call that might be able to help. NOTHING. They are ignoring us for weeks. What kind of reputable business does that? ​All we need is some simple paper work to fill out, and we get ignored. Don't buy from these guys, super shady. They are unprofessional to say the least. We are paying customers that have not missed a single payment. All they care about is making the sale, then, sayonarah, they don't exist to you anymore. I wouldn't recommend doing any business with RV Country Mount Vernon Washington. I was doing a as is purchase on a used camper and made a offer on the camper before heading there from Spokane Washington. I Even called again the next day , before driving a additional 2 hours. On 12/18/20 to confirm the deal. I was assured tax licenses everything was included in the price. Sweet man. I thought. After getting there and looking over the RV. I was going to move my truck to the Camper to Load it. And they told me I had to do a Safety check on the camper. And they wanted another $456 dollars to do so for a item that was being sold as is or for parts ! Today 12/19/20 there post is deleted from market place. They didn't even try to negotiate to there original asking price even. They Raised the price a additional $256 dollars. ABSOLUTELY BAD BUSINESS ETHICS !!!! What a Waist of my time!!! read more

We went out to check out many different RV's at a few dealers. After visiting 3 places we narrowed what we wanted but were not happy with the models or the prices. Last stop was Paul Evert's and first person to greet us as we entered was Danielle. After a pleasant chat she let us go look, we didn't find one we liked but when we got back to office and told her what we really wanted- Bam- she found it, was just traded in and not in inventory yet. Although it was more than we wanted to spend it was a very good deal so we purchased the WInnebago 2016 View Mercedes diesel. Ken also helped us get it all done. It was perfect and the staff were excellent in getting a small repair fixed Just a pleasure to do business with and we are so happy to have found the PERFECT USED RV!!! I could do less than 1 I would. Horrible, horrible service. Bought a new trailer in October 2021 from another dealer. Other dealer is Trailers for Less in Chubbuck, ID. They are even worse and wont help. Trailer began leaking from all outdoor compartments and assuming main door as the metal began rusting. Moisture coming from the in properly installed windows caused mold to start and spread from leaks by December. Was under warranty and still are doing nothing. Blaming other people and doing nothing to help. Its now May 2022 and I don't have a trailer or any retribution back for the trailer. It's sitting in their lot with probably mold spreading behind the walls as they have done nothing with it since I brought it there almost three months ago with the moisture problems. And yes they even saw the mold in person when I dropped it off, with photo proof of the mold. They completely avoid answering questions they don't want to answer and will do anything to just take money and not help if anything goes wrong. But, hey they can blame the manufacturer and wash their hands of any wrong doing. read more
