We had a really disappointing experience at Pour Sports. The service was poor from the start, and our bartender, Ally, was rude and inattentive the entire time. It felt like we were an inconvenience just for ordering drinks. Basic customer service and friendliness were completely missing, which really changed the whole vibe of the night. There are too many places with better service to spend money somewhere you feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back. read more

We came here when it was Blue 22 and decided to try it now known as Pour Sports. Woah! What a difference! The food is better, the atmosphere is better, the cleanliness is better (bonus- no gnats!), and the service is better! Our bar tender was so friendly, attentive and personal. Definitely will become "our spot." UPDATE: We've been back twice since my original review. I've added more food items! The margarita flatbread wasn't that great... but everything else so far has been delicious! read more

I really want to give them a better review because we love to go on Tuesday's music bingo night and watch Monday and Thursday night football. The food is great bar food, but the service is awful...really awful. I hope they will improve because we desperately need a good sports bar in Trophy Club. read more

4/5 We stopped in on a Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised to be seated right away--no wait! The atmosphere was great, clean, and had no weird smells (which honestly makes a big difference). My husband especially loved all the TVs--perfect spot to catch a game, and we'll definitely be back for that reason alone! Our server was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Only downside: you still have to scan a QR code for the menu, which I'm not a fan of but I understand why. The online menu is also a bit hard to navigate, especially on mobile. We both ordered burgers with fries and added onion rings. The beer was ice cold and hit the spot. The fries? Absolutely amazing--perfectly seasoned and so good I ended up stealing most of my husband's. Burgers were solid, though I wasn't a fan of the bread and butter pickles (wish they used dill, but that's just my personal preference). All in all, it's a great place with a fun vibe, solid food, and great service. We'll be back! read more

Finally a sports bar done right. Recently opened, I met the new owners and they are good people who love their business. The food was excellent and there's not a seat in the house that doesn't have at least 10 TV screens within view. Great place to hang with friends or bring the kids, there's an outdoor play area next to the patio. read more

2nd visit was horrible service on a fairly quiet Friday night. I understand this place just opened a few months ago but the customer cliques are very evident! We were right next to some regulars at the bar. We assume they are regulars because the bartenders called them by name and made sure they were completely taken care of. Meanwhile we were ignored. Several times we placed our empty beer mugs on the edge of the bar to try to get some attention but the bartenders were too busy serving their clique two and three rounds while we watched. At one point an obvious regular just pushed his way into this little group and was practically sitting on top of us. There was plenty of room for them to spread out around the bar but it was the two of us who had to move. Finally we figured out why they seemed to be in charge of the place...they were friends of the OWNER. When he made an appearance, the bartenders just made more effort to cater to the clique and paid less attention to us! We were very disappointed with the experience because our 1st visit was an awesome time all around. Maybe if we could establish ourselves in one of the chosen cliques, we can enjoy the place up to its full potential. If the service was equal across the entire clientele, it would be a great place to hang. read more
