They checked me in via iPad on their desk kiosk, brought me water, and had me wait until I was introduced to the MOST AMAZING massage therapist, Lydia!!!! She has magic hands for sure!!! I had a really stressful week at work and I explained to her how much pain and ache I was feeling and after I left the spa. It was night and day! She explained to me different at-home Methods to try and alleviate my aches and pains, such as using a heating pad for 20 min before bed to help with tension. The spa is located on the 2nd level right as you enter the parking lot of the stomping grounds. I'm not sure if they have lockers and a changing room But they have a beautiful outdoor table to relax and sip drinks or water with gal pals or your SO. I also had a chance to meet the owner - Brittany (spelling might be wrong) but the entire experience from start to finish was equal to a five star luxury hotel spa but way more down to earth with extremely caring staff. They are amazing!!! Totally worth the splurge and I will definitely be spreading the word about how amazing their customer service and quality staff/therapists go above and beyond - that extra mile makes all the difference!!! The day before my appointment, I received a call saying their system had made a mistake and should not have allowed me to book the lymphatic drainage special at 50% off. It was only about a $20-$25 difference, so honestly, as a new customer, I would have expected them to honor the price their own system allowed me to book. There was really no flexibility or effort to make it right. I still came in for the massage, and the massage itself was fine. However, since the lymphatic add-on was removed, I would have had to wait about 30 minutes to use the salt room. I decided not to sit around and wait, so I just left after my massage. Overall, my issue was less with the massage and more with the customer service. Would I return? No. Would I recommend it? Probably not. Most spas at this price point are beautiful, but what really makes a spa experience special is the customer service, the guest experience, and the business thinking behind it. In this case, it felt like they chose saving $20 over creating a positive first impression with a new customer.

She pushed a product that she knew wouldn't help fix her own mistake, gaslighted me, and gave me the runaround. Is this someone you want to do your injections with? I have been a member of their monthly club for over a year, and I've noticed several unprofessional events here and there. The last straw was when I got under-eye filler. I started to bruise immediately, and Dr. Desai blamed the bruising on my body(gas lighting); some of it was from me bruising easily, but most of it was from her messing up during the injection, which led to a black eye. She pushed a $50 topical product on me, knowing that wouldn't do a thing to help the black eye. Please see the first photo below. I had a black eye for two months after the injection that has still not entirely gone away; when I sent an email, including the second photo below, to the office, they invited me to come back in. When I entered the office, they did not have me sign legal documents; I went straight back into the exam rooms, where they took more photos. Dr. Desai came into the room to tell me that she could do nothing. SO WHY HAVE ME COME BACK IN AND WASTE MY TIME? After all, I sent a photo in my original email. That is what I asked her. She responded that she couldn't tell what was happening from the photo in my email(as she zoomed into a picture of my face that her staff JUST TOOK ). At this point, I felt she was insulting my intelligence, if I am honest. She knew she wouldn't do anything before inviting me in. Otherwise, I would have signed legal documents before entering the exam room. As a business owner myself, she should have just been HONEST and given me a choice after reviewing my email, for example, "It looks like XYZ is happening, which I cannot fix, but I would be happy for you to come in, and I can take a closer look," instead of wasting more of my time. I asked for a refund for the under-eye filler for living with a black eye for two months and being given the runaround. She declined. I am not unreasonable; I understand the risk of under-eye filler and that this can happen. But it's the way the situation was handled that bothers me. She pushed a product that she knew wouldn't help fix her own mistake, gaslighted me, and gave me the runaround. Is this someone you want to do your injections with?
