They had to shorten the metal rail that the chair runs along in order to install it. They also shortened and reinstalled the hand railing to another edge where it is very useful now. Once all this was done, they found that a chair lift part was malfunctioning. They took it upon themselves to troubleshoot first directly with the manufacturer and then organized a replacement part for us. We were up and running within a week (all this during Covid in April).
