It's been over 4 months and still no license plate and registration in the mail. I'm not sure if the dealership completed the paperwork correctly because they ignore most of my emails and they dont return phone calls. As far as i know, the DMV paperwork they filled out and i signed is in the trash. Go to a better dealership that knows how to fill out and submit paperwork and wont ghost you if they screw up. As far as i know, my truck is unregistered with no license plate and it can be towed and impounded by the police if i get pulled over. Avoid this place. They will take your money and screw you.

I used my FIXD tool and found the issues immediately. Control arm bushings and tie rods were completely worn out, too. Richard, the sales manager, promised to cover my $630 flight to Oregon and swore the car was in great shape. When I pointed out the problems and didn't buy the car, he suddenly claimed the flight was only going to be *discounted* from the purchase price. No deal, no reimbursement. Instead, I was left standing in the rain for 45 minutes waiting on a $200 Lyft back to the airport, then paid another $630 to fly home. While waiting, I scanned a Ford Fusion for another couple. Same story--they were told the car was in excellent working order with no mechanical issues. It wasn't. They left without buying. Thomason Ford lies about vehicle condition, clears codes to hide problems, and backs out of promises. Completely unethical operation. Avoid at all costs.
