I just upgraded my operating system to OS X 10.6 the other week, then found the plotter didn't work. After a bit of research online I read to my dismay the new OS wouldn't run the 650C at all. Refusing to believe I had to buy another $2000 plotter, I called Peter to see if there was any way I could run it off an old machine. Well Peter walked me through all the steps I needed to get ol' Workhorse up and running again -- not just from another computer, but from my main machine -- defying all the gurus online! This was over two phone calls and nearly an hour of his unpaid time, yeeeeaars after I bought the thing, mind you, and without a hint of cajoling me toward buying a newer machine.
