I have called them 5 times and they refuse to even come to my house and look at the problem. Lance told me it is my problem, not his! He said my wood is defective!? And he told me that and he has never even come back to look at the problem. He just refuses to come back and even look at it. I paid them $8500 to paint the house and once the check cleared they were gone for good. Terrible. Beware. 3/2/26 - I just read Lance's response to my review. He says the pictures I posted were from before he painted. Not true. I just posted an additional picture showing today's date from time.gov and you can see the quality of work I have on my house today. The fact is that Lance has never come to my house to see the quality of work his people did on my house. So, he has assumed I posted old pictures.

I was contacting companies my neighbors had just used, other ones I had found online and I was getting zero response from all of them. Then I remembered a friend that had the interior of her home painted by Color Pros. I asked her if Color Pros did exterior as well and she said "absolutely". I called and the owner of Color Pros answered my call. It was so nice to actually speak with someone. He had me send him a text with my name, address and email. From there we scheduled a date for him to come and look at the exterior of my home to provide me with a bid to paint. He arrived on time for our first appointment. He was extremely professional, easy to talk to, and explained what the process would be if I chose to work with Color Pros. I had some questions and he answered all of them without making me feel rushed. Not long after that appointment I received the proposal for the project. I obviously accepted and signed the proposal, provided a deposit check and anxiously awaited for my paint project to start. My dates arrived and from start to finish, it was seamless. The crew that worked on my house arrived on time everyday, they didn't leave any garbage lying around my property, and were very organized and efficient. Any hardware that they needed to remove in order to paint was replaced just the way it was before they removed it. In a nutshell... I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product.
