They are a California certified small business vendor, which means that if you are purchasing for the state of California, they already have all the certifications in place necessary for doing business with the state. They are extremely competitive in their pricing, often allowing me to order more for my company for a significantly lower dollar amount than others are quoting me for significantly less merchandise. I have worked with Value Business Products for over ten years and have always been very happy with their responsiveness on all levels. If there is a backorder, they will let you know. If something arrives broken, it is promptly replaced. If you have a question, you are answered quickly. I like that they are a local business and the personal help with finding the right items is greatly appreciated.
