I would absolutely recommend this co for sale of windows. They arrived as requested after 10 am. They brought a crew of 5 to include the foreman. Victor and his crew were so polite, professional, down to earth and well mannered. They stated they would be here from 10 am to 1:30 pm. As install each window we were asked to come see it. The completed 7 windows. After they were done they vacuum the area, drop cloths wére used. Each crew member had an assigned task following behind each other. They never even had to ask each other what they were doing. We love our windows rmostat is set on 78 now instead of 76 and even got to put it to 80. Noise from neighbors music is gone. It's quite so quite it was erie feeling at night last night. We love the windows and they are pella brand. The quality inspector checked all work next day. (Saturday) He was also told by us were awaiting french doors to be installed in Nov. He said same crew since you were please is assigned to it. I hope this crew gets to see my review. Cant wait for my French doors which is a need not want. Wheelchair to be able to get out to our patio with out hiring frame we have slider now. I highly recommend this co. We also had to delay our installation and they called every week to see if anything had changed We had a level 1 sink hole and foundation collapsed since April. They stored our windows for us. Please you need windows give them a call. Easy, professional, treated like family thru the whole installation. This company lied to us multiple times to get the sale. The salesman manny gave us 4 different prices for gutters,soffit and fascia and also windows. Decided to do gutters and he convinced us to do soffit and fascia as well. Quoted a price. Next day I'm told from someone else that the soffit isn't included it's $6,000 more. So I say no just do my gutters. They come out to do the gutters and then I'm told there's 10 feet of gutter that they forgot to include in the quote so if I want it done that's more money. Like what? How do you not include everything especially because I already had existing gutters. So again the price increases. When I ask yet another person who calls about it I say well that's your salesman's fault so you should have to endure the extra cost. I was told no you either pay it or no gutters there. They removed a downspout I had and didn't replace it and kept hounding me to sign the document of completion even though the final inspection wasn't done with the inspector yet. He made me do it while on the phone with him and then once I signed it boom the $$$ was taken from my bank. And guess what? They've never contacted me to even do the final inspection. I was going to use them for windows as well but after seeing the underhanded way they do you I took my business somewhere else. I suggest to whoever reads this you do the same. They talk a good game but trust me they are not a good company. Overpriced liars who don't stand behind their words or salespeople. Highly recommend go somewhere else. read more

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was completely professional and easy to work with. First they had a canvasser in the neighborhood, who set up a meeting for later on when we (my husband and I were both home). They called to confirm the appointment. The sales pitch was rather long and made longer due to my kids running around). However it was an entire tutorial on the product, (very high quality), entire home window inspection, with a super awesome lady who was very patient and easy to talk to, and also explained everything including the quote in great detail. It's a lot of money, but worth every cent. We decided to do an immediate 2 windows, and although we had been set up for a later installation date, the windows came in sooner and the install happened 20 days earlier than expected. The scheduling was easy, and when the installers arrived, they were great. Their team leader was even quiet initially (a baby was still sleeping at first), professional, and everything went very smoothly. I asked them a few questions, and they had great customer service. With the new windows installed, it is quiet and cool. You see the sun, but don't feel it. We are pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and it's product. I'd like to completely replace all our other windows with this company. read more

Power Home was great! We initially had Matt, a sales representative, come out to talk to us about their windows. He worked with our schedule and we were able to get an estimate the next day. Jon was excellent! He took his time and gave us a detailed estimate and worked with us to get a great deal. Jon was personable and did not make us feel pressured to buy anything. He gave us a review of our current windows and provided us with various options for moving forward with how to tackle the project on and/or group our windows. We got to meet the project manager Ryan the next day to review all the products we ordered and check all the measurements. Ryan explained the installation process and checked all the measurements to make sure they're wouldn't be any surprises. The lead time was about 4 weeks from order. When the install day came the crew was on time and polite. They did a great job installing the windows and even got rid of water damage that was hidden in the frame of the house. The crew cleaned up very well and you could hardly tell windows were replaced! Overall, I would highly recommend Power Home for your renovations as they were timely, educated, and explained everything and how it worked. Will however say they were a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for right? read more

Little late on giving this review, but anyways...last Sept. I as approached at Sams club by Power Home rep, set up a mtg. to see about replacing my old 8' sliding door. Brandon Frank met with wife & I discussed who they are and their quality products & professional installation. We were very impressed and pleasantly surprised (not easy as we dealt with less honorable people in the past) and truly appreciated the no pressure approach and options we had available. We ended up having them install the door, both installers very polite & professional. They did a great job! protected everything before starting, cleaned up and everything went smooth. A couple months ago the screen inadvertently was damaged. We called Teddy Gilbert came out and again same professionalism - replaced screen at no charge, super nice guy. Once they have front doors available we will be contacting them. In closing, I have done lot of various trades in construction both residential & commercial over the yrs, this was a project I simply didn't want to bother with -too many projects on my plate already. :-) Check them out! read more

I was super happy with the level of professionalism and accountability that this company offers. The sales team did an excellent job demonstrating the product features and cross comparisons between their product and others and were able to all of our questions about time, materials and cost breakdown. The installers were punctual and did a beautiful job installing the windows in a timely manner and kept all areas clean before moving to the next area. They double checked their work, walked around to each install with us and quickly fixed any minor issues there were , although very few. Before leaving, they confirmed we were happy and answered any last minute questions about the project and explained the next steps. After the installation, the quality assurance team met with us to review the project and to help us with the next steps including County inspection. A young, white, brown haired man from this company came to my mom's house today at 2:30, trying to sell her something. She said she wasn't interested in it, but he said he was thirsty and asked to come inside for a glass of water and AC. She lets him in and lets him use the bathroom, and as he gets out of the bathroom, the man shows my mother his PENIS!!! I am utterly disgusted that this company would hire someone like that, and it makes me scared for any other women that this company works with. So I'm writing this to caution other homeowners, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS. I'm scared of what this man would have done if he thought my mom was home alone. Yesterday I had the rudest man I have ever met come to my door. He gave his opening speech and I said I was not interested. I walked back to my kitchen and he yelled at me a question. "Would I be interested in the future?" I told him no and thank you. He wouldn't leave. I asked him to please leave and he began a condescending spiel. Are you ok mam? You really snapped at me. Are you ok? This went on and on with me telling him to get off my property. I asked for his business card and he said he didn't have any. Finally I told him I had all of this recorded on my camera. He said "be sure to send it to my boss" and left. I have nearly 10 minutes of video of this encounter. I called the company but the person who answered was not really interested. read more

Everything start to finish was so easy and seamless, they worked really hard to get us a price we could afford. They really went above and beyond to make this a good experience I couldn't say enough positive things. Jason who we met to quote us for our windows answered every question we had and was so knowledgeable and polite. Also our cat loved him. Chris and Trevor did the installation and it had to be a hard job for them, our windows were the ones that came when the house was built in the 60s! They really know what they're doing to make our windows look so perfect and beautiful. They were also very pleasant to talk to!
