I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of this installation. The photos speak for themselves--this looks like a rushed job with little attention to detail. The caulking around the door frame is uneven, messy, and inconsistently applied. In some areas it's clearly over-applied and smeared. The threshold area is just as bad. The sealant is globbed on along the bottom instead of being cleanly finished. It not only looks terrible, but also raises concerns about whether it will even hold up over time. Inside, there is uneven caulking that again looks rushed and globbed on. This is not only for the front door but the back one as well. For something that should be a basic, professional install, this is unacceptable. I expected clean lines, precision, and a finished look--what I got instead feels like a DIY job done in a hurry. I would not recommend this contractor unless they significantly improve their workmanship and attention to detail.

    What a dynamic crew!!!

I went to local home-improvement stores and compared products and knew what I wanted installed in my home. Brian was the first person in the window and door business that was honest listened to my needs and wants and gave me necessary feedback and recommendations of what would work best for my home with in my budget. I was given a fair price and quality product from Brian. I agreed upon the estimate and gave him a deposit. It took approximately four weeks for my product to arrive and Brian and an apprentice came soon after, when they said they would and installed on my windows and doors in the time I was told it would take. He did not try to increase the price when he found little things that he needed to replace along the way and he also replaced my window sills that I provided with no questions asked. He takes pride in his work and make sure he leaves your home as clean as possible and even takes the trash with him. It's hard to find an honest company with workers that take pride in the job they do well this is them. I'm very happy with my new windows and doors and I will refer him to my friends.

Long Home (installer) came out, said the valve was not mounted straight in the wall and has to be replaced. Was told by Christina that the parts were covered, had been ordered and would take 3-6 weeks to arrive. She stated the warranty company may not cover labor. I called yesterday (after about 6 weeks) to check on the order. Christina told me this morning that the parts were not ordered, that I would have to pay in advance, mentioned $1000 for a panel, and was very antagonistic. I asked to speak with someone else. She said she would have her manager call when he got back from vacation, did not say how long that would be, gave me a hugely sarcastic "Hava a nice day" and hung up. I called back and was transferred ot an AI assistant, who tells me some team will call me back. What a disaster!

It seems I have to chase them down by emails and long waits on hold just to find out where the project is on timeline. In addition, the manager blames the HOA- I get that however, a phone call or email letting me know what is going on would be helpful. I'm not happy with this company and fearful of how the work will be now. I've reached out to cancel.
