If you need to make an appointment, just call their office and Barb will be able to set you up! You'll get a text confirming your appointment with a 4 hour time slot. On the day of your appointment, you'll get a text with a link to track your technician's location so you'll know exactly when to expect them! I absolutely love this feature and wish more home service companies would utilize something similar.
