I called today the 7th of October and was told it was not done and another task was created and a callback requested from a supervisor. No supervisor has ever called me yet, I do not believe that they will call me back or fix the issue as everyone there seems incompetent and has no customer service skills or follow through. I was told also they had until the 15th now to get this task completed to apply the over payment they failed to send back to me in September to my current October payment I made over the phone with the agent. This is unacceptable l!!!!!!!!!!!! I received a comment from the company on my prior review and.... guess what ..... they did absolutely nothing. BTW I've had agents hang up on me, no warm transfers, Mrs walker answered and acted like she could not hear me and hung up at 4:17pm central. Needless to say our loan expired and our realtor and our lawyer assured us we had no further obligation with this company. They are now trying to charge me money for a loan that expired even though we didn't borrow money from them. We have been harassed from the time we said we wouldn't pay them for something they did not supply us. From what I understand, this is a very unusual fee to charge. I've been pre-approved for home loans numerous times and never been asked to pay if we did not use the loan and expired. AVOID OCEANS MORTGAGE OUT OF CORONA, CALIFORNIA AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE INFLEXIBLE AND DO NOT WORK WITH YOU IF THERE IS A PROBLEM.

While my parents introduced me to a family friend who was a real estate agent, I had no idea how to go about finding a loan officer! After digging through Yelp/Google, I stumbled upon Meridox Mortgage that had stellar reviews and took a chance. I called Meridox and was put in touch with Trung Tran. I let him know that I didn't have any knowledge of how the house-buying process works, but he was incredibly supportive and assured me he would walk me through every step. Shortly after we finished talking on the phone, he sent me a list of items to provide for the pre-approval letter. Trung's turnaround was quick. I sent him my information in the evening and got the letter the next morning. My real estate agent used this letter to draft the offer...it was accepted! After my offer was accepted, the rest of the process was somewhat nebulous, but my real estate agent worked closely with Trung to help me through. Trung was with me every step of the way. He patiently explained how my monthly mortgage payment and closing costs were calculated and even helped me negotiate a home insurance offer.
