Such a beautiful location! The decor is warm and welcoming, sure to create the perfect environment to catch up on emails or vibe with a friend. Their coffee is wonderful. The food for me fell short a bit. Not because of flavor but because of temperature. I was the only one there and my supposed fresh sandwich came with chicken that was barely warm. I finally got a chance to stop in here after hearing great things about it from a couple of friends. The place itself was spotlessly clean and although there was a small wait the line moved quickly. Everyone I interacted with who worked here was so friendly and helpful which is always a huge plus. I ended up ordering the pineapple mango refresher made with coconut water and the kale chicken Caesar wrap on the recommendation of one of the workers there. The refresher was absolutely delicious the mango and pineapple flavors combined so well and it was the perfect drink for a hot Florida day. The wrap was full of the delicious flavors of chicken, kale, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing and the sourdough croutons added just the right crunch and texture. It came with some pita chips on the side which I really liked and there were fresh and nice and crunchy. Their mission is to create healthy and delicious food for the community and you can definitely taste that in the food. I only wish the prices were more reasonable as I think almost $19 for a wrap is a bit too expensive. I had tried this Greek salad recently without the chicken at a different Pura Vida. I was determined to try it again with the grilled chicken. So I did. The salad was very flavorful and had a nice amount of vegan feta cheese. The tomatoes were not good. They tasted not ripe and a couple were rotten. I seem to have bad tomato luck lately, besides here. The dressing complemented the salad well. The grilled chicken was a little disappointing. It was not bad but not fantastic. It didn't taste super fresh. I am glad I had it because for some reason I had been craving it. Lol The quality of the salad minus the tomatoes was top notch. It just feels healthy eating here. I see Pura Vida Miami literally EVERYWHERE!!! Yet somehow, I have never stepped foot into one! How though?!? I've seen their locations and the space, decor and vibe looks beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing. It has this whole coastal beach vibe. They have 33 locations in Florida alone with a Naples location coming soon. There are also 6 locations in New York and 2 in California. This Pura Vida Miami just opened on Sept 26th in Pembroke Pines at Pines City Centre. They have plenty of outdoor patio seating with umbrellas for shade. Their menu looks healthy and yummy. They offer a variety of coffee & tea, smoothies, açaí bowls, all day breakfast, salads, sandwiches and kids menu options. Not gonna lie, Pura Vida is pricey. Even the kids menu items are pricey. But you're paying for the ambiance, quality and experience. Sky was my lovely cashier and she was very friendly and helpful when I had questions about the menu. Something else I noticed was the staff's super cute name tags, they use Scrabble game pieces for their name tags. How stinking cute is that?!? I ordered a tea latte and salad and after taxes, service charge and tip...my lunch came out to $28.09 total. Sky gave me a number to put on my table so the person delivering my food could locate me. The ladies who delivered my food were very sweet and attentive too, I only got Aisha's name but missed the other young lady's name. Service here is great all in all. * BLUE BUTTERFLY LATTE: blue butterfly pea tea, oat mylk, ginger raw local honey. $7 * THAI ALMOND SALAD: basil, napa cabbage, mixed greens, edamame, red bell pepper, carrot, scallion, sesame seed, tossed in thai almond dressing. $14.95 The Blue Butterfly Latte was such a beautiful blue color. Latte art was on point. I didn't know what to expect with this drink but it was basically a hot blue tea with ginger. I love ginger so the ginger bite was great. You don't need any sugar because the honey was just the right amount of sweetness. Thai Almond Salad was really tasty. I think next time I would add some protein like salmon or chicken. I was super hungry today so I just opted for a light salad. I love how the napa cabbage and all other ingredients were thinly sliced. This makes eating a salad so much more enjoyable and easy to eat. The salad was tossed in the Thai almond dressing and it was just the perfect amount of dressing. Not too much and not too little. I'm that person that usually asks for my dressing on the side too because some come out completely drenched. This was a good first experience. I can't wait to come back and try the other food and coffee items! They have a wonderful location in the heart of Pembroke Pines here with tons of street traffic driving by. This was my first time eating at this location. I ate at their Dania location and was very pleased. I ordered the avocado toast and New Yorker lox and bagel for myself. These are both excellent. The avocado toast was almost too pretty to eat. This toast was served on a thick piece of bread, cut into two nice size portions. The avocadonwas outstanding. It was very fresh and had a nice lime flavor to it. The New Yorker was really good as well. I swapped the included whipped cream cheese for regular cheese. I prefer the regular cream cheese. I had the whipped cream cheese previously and it was still good, but the regular one is much better. Also, I am not sure if it is a fluke, but this Pines location served a much bigger bagel than their Dania location. As far as the kale chicken Caesar Wrap, I did not care for it. I didn't like the dressing. I also didn't like the chicken. It just had a flavor I did not like. I am not sure how to describe it. I will come back for the avocado toast and New Yorker bagel and cream cheese with lox. read more

Not entirely sure about hype surrounding this place. The service was good but the lack of seating wasn't ideal. They automatically put your order as a to-go order when there is no more seating. This is a good idea ,however, when they are calling out names for order pickups they are practically whispering. This makes it impossible to hear over the sound of smoothie machines, music, and chatter. The food itself was good. The kale caesar, The new Yorker, and the vitamin sea smoothie were delicious. The roasted chicken could use a bit more flavor and the ratio of hummus to pita pieces was pitiful. Overall an okay experience with good but way overpriced food. For price reference I ordered the smoothie and a cookie on separate tab and it was $20. There is also an automatic 5% service charge. read more

The atmosphere is always calm, clean, and welcoming, and the food never disappoints. Today I especially want to mention Magda. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to accommodate me even though it was close to closing time. They had already packed my food to go, but she still made sure I could sit and enjoy it comfortably. That kind of attention and care means a lot! She made me feel valued as a customer.
