Been going to smoothie plus for years now my daughters love it. The husband and wife are great. Recently they hired some young girls I wanted two açai recently. I asked to go to make one of them without peanut butter when I got them. She had peanut butter in them. I explained to her that my daughter had a peanut allergy. So she takes the peanut butter off the top of the açai and scoops it out. My wife who is with me, said please just give me another one. I will pay for that one so we ended up buying an extra one which is not the end of the world, but it seems like she wasn't paying attention on her phone and just not happy that she did that. The customer service from the owners is unacceptable , I go there at least 5x a week and every time I go I get met with attitude , sarcasm , or just silent when I go there . And I have never caused an issue . Not to mention if you order a XL they don't fill it up to the top. ( well the guy with the glasses which if I'm not mistaken is the owner). But boy they make extra and you ask for it they are quick to charge you for it . I don't leave reviews cause I don't really be caring but this one was needed . Pleasantly surprised with this place! The Hollywood location had some bad reviews, but this location is much better. I used 2 coupons I received in the mail for a discount, and got 4 smoothies total: Caribbean, Island Breeze, Mango Festival, and Pineapple Punch. I really enjoyed all the flavors, though I found Pineapple Punch to be a little too tart for my specific taste. The inside is somewhat small, about 4-5 tables total. Beside all the food and drink options you can order, they also have some chips (plantain and sun chips) that you can purchase, as well as some protein snacks. The server who made my drinks was very nice and completed the drinks quickly. He was very helpful with some menu questions also. read more

I have truly grown to LOVE their açaí bowl. I've tried many bowls by now and none have been better than this one in my opinion. Their granola is top notch and is a very important part of what makes me love their bowls. I like granola plain and simple. I don't need a ton of sugar and nuts or other dried stuff in my granola. Smoothie Plus has a great tasting granola which compliments the açaí bowl perfectly. The banana is always perfect (never grossly brown and overripe), the peaches mixed into this bowl is absolute heaven and the strawberries are also perfect and fresh and never have that rotting taste like some other places have served me. Their açaí is nice as well and isn't overly sweet and the chia seeds on top add just a touch of extra crunch that gives it that "je ne sais quoi" that takes it next level. I have returned numerous times to enjoy an açaí bowl from here and I plan to keep coming back! read more

I have had good interactions with Alexandra but today I got male merchant on phone. I advised him that my order from Uber Eats was missing item. He immediately became defensive and told me that I need to call Uber Eats. I told him I spoke to driver which stated he asked gentlemen if that was it for order and he was advised yes. I stood by vehicle of Uber driver and there was no smoothie in there or on floor. He drove straight to me with my order because I tracked order entire time. As I tried to explain to merchant he cut me off and said just call uber. Can't help me. When I asked for manager he said it was him. In my profound opinion cutting me off is bad business. I have purchased from that store multiple times, at least show some compassion. Second Uber driver is not gonna look thru bag since they are sealed. I do believe merchant needs to ensure all items have been given to driver. Driver does not work there and does not know what they are looking for. This left me with a bad experience so all buyers be aware. If you see a male merchant it's gonna be a toss up on your experience read more

I ordered an Açaí bowl with bananas, coconut flakes and blueberries. I received my order and took it home. When I got home and took a bite of my bowl, and realized the blueberries in were shivered up and on the verge of rotting. I was shocked that a fruit in this condition would be served. Lucky, I live nearby and went back to the establishment to get the bowl remade with a different fruit, I didn't want to cause the trouble of getting a refund, but the interactions I had with the employees was shocking. I walked in and explained the situation to the woman that took my order and made my bowl. I kindly asked if she could make me another bowl but with a different fruit. Instead of simply apologizing for the bad quality of fruit, and remaking the bowl, she makes her way to the fruit station, picks up a blueberry with her hands, eats it, and proceeds to shrug her shoulders and say "What? There's nothing wrong with it, it tastes normal.." I explain to her that it doesn't not, I showed her the blueberries in my bowl picked one up and squeezed it to show the rotting juices that was oozing out of the blueberry. She proceeded to grab on of the blueberries out of the bowl I bought and eats it. At this point I asked for a "manager"....she was no better and said that the blueberries were perfect fine...I guess they've never had blueberries before because any logical person would see they weren't. Anyways I got a refund for my food. This place is not going to last between the service and the food quality. Both were absolutely horrible. The picture attached shows how shriveled up and tiny the blueberries were, you can even see the juices that were coming out of the blueberries bleed on the coconut flakes. -20/10 experience. read more
