Several electricians and contractors came out to look at the project, but most declined to take it on because the situation was such a mess. Then I called Lightning Bug Electric, and they were absolutely fantastic from the very beginning. They immediately arranged for Cody to come out for a site visit. He took the time to really understand the situation, carefully thought through each challenge, developed a plan, and provided me with a quote on the spot. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to take on a difficult project that others had walked away from. The very next morning at 9:00 a.m., two technicians arrived and got to work. Marcus and Anthony were brilliant, respectful, hardworking, and incredibly skilled. From the initial consultation to cleaning up after the work was done, H&H maintained professionalism and met our expectations. The foreman Joe and electrician Silvio upgraded our service and installed a new panel as well as completed a couple of miscellaneous electrical projects at our home in Marietta, GA in November of 2021. In full disclosure, it wasnt entirely problem free as there was an issue with making our originally scheduled installation day that wasnt communicated until the last minute. The scheduling issue could have been a real setback in the coordination of our home remodel but thankfully we were able to reschedule to accommodate our needs . Today we had Roland come out and give us a price for replacing all sorts of paddle fans, electric switches, and just overall easy lights to replace. I had already replaced lights and paddle fans on the outside myself. Right from the onset Roland said they charged $220.00 an Hour .. I told him I had already had 2 electric companies out and both had around the same price of $125.00 an hour plus $95.00 an hour after . Roland then said okay we can do $95.00 for each fixture .. okay so we walked the house and started to show him what we had .. about 10 different things and at least a half days of work.. 2 fixtures that they did originally had one screw holding the fixture and we wanted it fixed.. You guessed it $95.00 Hr to fix their sub par work. We went with another great company used by many in our subdivision.. I will be adding their review once all work is completed! You decide.. !

After replacing both outlets myself. They still didn't work., They came back out. Fixed my mistake and everything is working fine. I offered to pay for the repair that took less than ten minutes. But they refused. They may not be the cheapest. But as my grand daddy said. Cheap ain't good and good ain't cheap. I'll definitely use them next time I have an issue.

I actually have a home warranty and Phoenix electrical is not on my warranty plan but thank goodness every time my warranty assigns me someone for electrical they do not show up or never call to schedule. With my warranty this allows me to find my own electrician and I'm not sure how I ended up finding Phoenix electrical but I will never use anyone but them. Jeremiah has been my regular electrician now. He has done everything from installing outlets behind my television so wires are not running down my wall. He has also repaired switches and outlets. And the biggest thing that I have to praise Jeremiah about was an issue where one light after the next stopped working in the house Jeremiah spent hours on this very complicated very old 1902 home and finally found the issue that's spanned over two junction boxes in and through my attic which has a double ceiling and repaired it! He was relentless in his efforts to locate my problem! And when I tell you when he gets done it looks as if he was never here. He brings his own hand vac and cleans the entire area! Phoenix Electrical is number one in my book. Take it from someone with a home built over 100 years ago Phoenix Electrical always keeps their appointments, and when I have questions they respond quickly and are always very polite. He did inspect and found the problem! My only complaint would be they do not carry the parts with them but it is not a big issue since they are willing to work with you on the parts as well. He went and got the replacement for the part that was broken and changed it right away and my generator was working even better than when I first got it! Their labor was $75 per hour for this case which is well deserved in my opinion! I have a food truck and timing is really important for me, these guys are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
