Left, and the frken car stalled out. Called Ness and told them to get it towed over by them. They were somewhat rude, and was told my car would not get fixed until Monday (it was Friday). I said, bullcrap, I want my money back and will go somewhere else. They wouldnt refund my money. I couldn't deal with this deal with this anymore.... I went over to Exhaust Pros on Allouez Ave because the tow person highly suggested them. The car was fixed within an hour and actually was "fixed". Don't go to Ness.

That's how I found Dell's Service Center. I had 57K miles on my baby when I first rolled in, and now I have 215K. They did pretty much all services to my car.I will never look for another shop that's for sure. Definitely worth the one hour trip, even if it's just an oil change. Professionalism would be an understatement when it comes to describe their ownership, and the way they handle certain situations. They made a few small mistakes (like we all do) but I never felt mistreated or cheated out of money. They stood tall in those situations and always fixed the issue without any additional charges. Some of the bills were bigger than the others, but that's just how it is. The way I feel about my car on the way home makes me truly forget how much I spent on it. She's my mistress you know:) Oh, and one more thing! EVERY TIME I call them to schedule a service they always give me an almost immediate appointment. I really love that. Anyhow, after a recent major service job I feel like my car is even more reliable than it was 165K miles ago. On the last service there was an item that needed to be handled by an MB dealer, so they worked with the regional MB dealership they have a relationship with, portered the sprinter down there, had everything taken care of and then back to us. It was so nice not having to deal with the MB dealer and get the sprinter down there ourselves!!

I found out that Hwy 29 had one so I called to reserve it. They called me the next day stating that it was ready to pick up. They loaded it for me and when I unloaded it at the body shop, I was pleasantly surprised that they included the lower supports that hold the radiator support in place. While we were on the way to the bank to pick up the funds, my husband received a TEXT stating the truck was sold. This was not a miscommunication--it was a breach of trust and a clear indication of unethical business practices. At that point in time, everything was finalized and all we had to do was go to the dealership to pick up the truck. They were aware we had financing - they sent the agreement to our bank. Selling it out from under him shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. I strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership. If integrity and transparency matter to you, I recommend looking elsewhere.
